And she claimed a nervous breakdown when she and Darryl were having a fight and she went into her bedroom (this was when she wanted to be virginal Mormon) hyperventilated and called it a nervous breakdown. She said Darryl was so concerned about he mental stat that he pulled his truck behind her car so she couldn't leave. He held her hostage

During the proceeding to resolve Arias’ motion to exclude
spectators and seal the proceedings, her lawyer stated Arias would not
testify because the media coverage of her testimony would affect her ability
to think and answer questions in a manner “she truly means” to “fully
actualize her mitigation.” Specifically, counsel stated that Arias was
receiving threatening mail, including death threats, and as a result, Arias
did not feel that she would be “able to fully communicate what she wants
to say, communicate her remorse and go through all the mitigating factors
and get them out there in front of the jury with [ ] the public here.

----

Seriously!? The media affects her ability to think!?
And threatening mail? The jail can just stop her incoming mail then. Or screen it. Like they've been doing!

Precisely! I don't understand how the media being in the courtroom affects her mail. She prolly got tons more when there was live streaming. Is she claiming their tweets are scrambling her brain?

Thanks for posting this chart. How very professional to use a chart skewed to support the conclusions he began with, ie. the JA was the victim of abuse, so whatever was said or written in the correspondence to which he refers will be seen as either male aggression and abuse or as a victim's response to male abuse and aggression.
How wonderfully in harmony to ALV's position that the cut on the finger of the murderer was greater abuse than was the stabbing, shooting, and near beheading of the murdered man.

At the heart of an abusive relationship is control. Abuse itself is about control - not anger - though anger is very often used to control. So, knowing that what do we say to Travis encouraging her to date others; helping her move to a new state; not distancing her from friends or loved ones (isolation allows abuse to propagate so Jodi knew what she was doing staying Travis' dirty little secret); not coercing people to stay away from her; not destroying her personal property; not snooping through her texts and emails; not learning her door code; not learning her passwords (because no way in hell do I believe they swapped them); not emotionally blackmailing her; not stalking her; not cyberstalking her; not threatening her if she left; not disabling her vehicle; not inhibiting her work or finances; and not being particularly passive-aggressive.

He is, by and far, the absolutely most ineffective 'abuser' I've ever encountered.
