I think she said in the first trial that Rachel who she rented a room from asked her to leave after two weeks. Jodi started talking about her and Travis's, plus she said in open court that Rachel and her fiance had gotten married secretly and was going to have another wedding for family.

So, rather than explaining all this pathos as BPD --a mitigator , they're sticking with victimization by Travis. Bad strategy, IMO.

Everyone can see it and Dr DeMarte will bring it home, but I really think the DT has it's hands tied by their client who wants it THIS WAY. I think even they hope the jury goes with Dr DeMarte's observations. I think they're just underhandedly bringing in all the "crazy". Said this last night, JA things these journal entries are all perfectly normal while it screams mental illness to the rest of us. She really thinks she'll not only not get the DP but she'll be able to use all this in an appeal to walk free.
