The really confusing part, for me is that BK posted that JSS said this, just prior to the jury coming in:

Judge sustains the objection--irrelevant. Denies motion to remove County Attorney. Judge precludes further questioning in this area of looking for *advertiser censored* or nude photos.

I guess JSS meant between the lawyers?

Anyone else understand this?

I believe that JSS precluded any questioning about or subsequent testimony that JM asked about or was trying to look at nude photos on TA's computer when the defence team had it up and running in 2009. Only that one female former defence lawyer, MS, has eluded to this. And only once during the prosecutorial misconduct hearing. So we should not be seeing this female attorney on the stand in front of this jury but something tells me we will be anyway and we're going to get a "slip" and a "oops my bad" when slapped down by JSS, who'll have to tell the jury to disregard once again.

Wow, so she has been locked up for about 6 1/2 years. When I think back to my life in July 2008 - it seems eons ago.

I have a friend who gave birth in 2008. The boy is now seven years old--old enough to form his own opinions about many things. To think that Travis died in 2008 and we're still here, waiting for Justice, but with no end in sight is beyond disheartening.

It makes me think the opposite. This has been a DT who has tried to make huge mountains out of grains of sand from moment one.

I think even this jury has learned by now that the DT is desperate to throw any and all spaghetti against the wall hoping it sticks. This DT filled with crybabies make a big deal out of everything.

If I was a juror on this case the *advertiser censored* evidence or lack of would be a wash and wouldn't be something I would consider either way in this phase.

There is just so much uncertainty if *advertiser censored* was really watched by Travis with the knowledge of knowing the prior DT screwed things up. Its just too iffy to be trustworthy and has been tainted. Thus far the main factor would be if I did give it any consideration at all would be if the DT proved that he watched kiddie *advertiser censored*. If that isn't there then all of this about *advertiser censored* would be totally irrelevant to me as a juror.

What would be relevant to me is JA testified to seeing physical photos and did not testify to seeing *advertiser censored* of any kind on his computer and I certainly believe if she had she would have jumped at the chance to say so in the trial since she went to great lengths to crush him further into the ground she put him in. We all know she had access to his computer even when he wasn't home.

In fact after thinking about it further even if kiddie *advertiser censored* was found and no evidence has been presented that is true..... as a juror I would know that is not a material fact that would mitigate her driving a thousand miles to overkill the man that had rejected her. It makes me convince by her obsession with him the pedophile claim is a lie since she said she wanted to marry Travis and have his children and this was said to a friend even after she had murdered him.

So, imo, the *advertiser censored* issue would turnout to be a non-issue for me and it certainly wouldn't be a mitigating factor based on all of the evidence presented since the hideous slaughter of Travis was not done because of *advertiser censored* on his computer. She claimed over a year later he was a pedophile which as a juror I would also find suspect plus there is no evidence of it either. I am sure Juan will let them know that this lie came long after her other ridiculous stories had failed.

I'm speaking about what a juror might be thinking today, not during deliberations. The jury has absolutely no context for these days of computer talk.

I'm a juror sitting in the box listening to Dr. Geffner and suddenly he's gone and they're talking about the victim's computer. *advertiser censored* pops up every once in awhile during questioning, but the questions are more about who touched what when and what that did or didn't do, and something about the difference between what was there in 2008 versus 2009, which makes no sense because wasn't he killed in 2009?

We know the DT makes mountains out of molehills. IMO the jury has seen a few examples of that, but not enough to dismiss the computer stuff out of hand, particularly without knowing if there's even a molehill there.

I keep thinking that Nurmi is wanting to make JSS "pay" for not taking him seriously when he said 1) the trial will last until end of January; 2) JA cannot effectively present her case unless in secret; 3) Prosecutor is a perv who mis-conducts himself; 4) LEO officers are incompetent or cunning in this case; 5) Travis professed to live one way but there may be proof he had a secret life and 6) therefore Jodi suffered with her issues of mental illness being exacerbated as a result

So if Nurmi is to be believed and if JSS orders no more secret testimony - let the witnesses testify on Jodi's behalf (if there are any who are willing); my prediction is Nurmi will do the very minimal @ the very last minute to appear as if he tried to get them to testify (ie: call them and say I can subpoena you but if you just tell me no right now - then I will just say you refused). He will not put on any further "mitigation witnesses" and claim how unfair this trial has been.

He will now try to prove he can't effectively defend her and beg for DP to be removed by the Supreme Court.

Wash, rinse, repeat
