Nurmi- SO a lead detective could come back on the computer and make changes right?
Smith- Yes #jodiarias #3tvarias

How low can they go. Really. Now the state crept in the wee hours to download *advertiser censored*?

Out of the sizzle. Nurms throws a left handed chicken wing move. Back to the major corporation question to Smith. #JodiArias

For over 10 years Smith has worked with major corporations and used Autopsy. I haven't heard a name of a corp. yet though. #JodiArias

Perhaps one of them is compuhypermegaglobalnet.corp? #JodiArias

If his credentials can't be validated, why should we believe anything coming from him? As a juror, I would be asking myself that.

I found this guy on Neumeisters Linkdn (sp?) page under Forensics:

Allen Horner
Licensed Investigation Specialist
Greater Los Angeles AreaLegal Services
Current
National Intelligence Group, F.A.S.T. (Fugitive Apprehensipn Strike Team)
Previous
Cross State Investigations, Robert’s & Associates
Education
Park West High School

When you read up on what he does and look at his picture- this could possibly be him?

If even one juror believes that the State tampered with evidence then .... :scared: Prosecutorial misconduct is serious stuff.

I'm as stupid as Arias, it appears. I thought the state was supposed to have deleted *advertiser censored*!

Juan is quick to object on these questions from Nurmi about the corporations and use of Autopsy. #JodiArias

Wasting his breath....

My DH (civil Atty) asked the same question. He couldn't believe this fellow was allowed to testify as an expert.

Frigga! I think you found him!
ETA: Oh wait, I'm like Nurmi and Wilmot right now, jumping to conclusions loll. The bald guy in google images is another Horner.

So guess we have to hang around until after lunch to hear JSKS recess for the day and state she is still taking motion to dismiss dp under advisement.

This should be called The Neverending Trial.

So, will Judge Stephens issue a ruling today on the motion to dismiss intent to seek the death penalty? My guess: late afternoon and denied.

Hmmmm interesting that even the biased MK thinks the judge will deny the motion to dismiss. That is good stuff right there!

Nurmi- So because you don't have a degree does that mean you aren't experienced. Major corps use you correct? #jodiarias #3tvarias

Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer · 49s 50 seconds ago
Nurmi is done. Stephens calls lunch.

BUT using the title "scientist" implies a degree of sort.

So the jury is to be impressed with a man that wants to be an expert - sorry data scientist (and by the way how do you get that title? just name your self one?) and has made no effort to get a degree.

Kinda reminds me of De Marte and JW discussing the definition of "expert". FWIW, I agreed and still do, with De Marte: depends on who is defining!

Well the biased MK probably thinks this judge is biased.

Every time they say "data scientist" it reminds me of the forums where the status changes under your name based on the amount of posts you have. First you are a newbie, then a researcher, maybe you become a data scientist after 50 posts.

As soon as Juan's computer expert gets on the stand, states his credentials, the jury will forget about Sue. He didn't come across as credible, from his disguise, fake name, then lack of education, the jury will disregard his testimony. JMO
