Looking on the bright side....the affidavits coming up now is another sign the DT is just about done.

My thoughts exactly, with one caveat: Where is cross-examination of Dr. Dribbles?

They're obviously leaving him on the stand -- for now.

So, ostensibly, cross-examination won't happen until his testiphony is finished.

JM should let that one it and have Deanna refute it. I can see her up on the stand, shaking her head no and laughing at how ridiculous the charge is. And speaking Travis' name with great love and sadness.

Is she on Juan's witness list? Has she attended any of the trial? She sat in on some of the original, but I guess that was after she testified. The defense would love to find some reason to argue to exclude her testimony. Maybe because she'd tell the truth - that would be a change.

Not necessarily. Whatever JSS lets through and Geffner gets to read, then Jen could re-read 87 other things for each one and ask him if it fits that claim.

Ok it is OFFICIAL someone, hell maybe everyone but JM, has lost their damn mind allowing this kind of TOTALLY crazy crap to be considered, much less come in as mitigation.

Yes, she is on Juan's list and only attended the first trial after her testimony was done.
