What the DT wants came as no surprise to JSS. I'm guessing the affs will be redacted for relevancy. As in, for example, its irrelevant what any of these folks think about the guilt phase.

JM is on record as agreeing to the affs, as long as he can review them before they come in. He wouldn't have agreed to them if he didn't want any of them in.

Juan is being really nice to the DT to even allow the affidativs in. I may be mistaken but I think he could have played hardball and demanded they be supeoned instead. Because they cant be cross examined if only affidativs are allowed in.

If it was me I dont think I would have agreed to this.

Poor jurors. I will not blame them if they come back with a hung jury (although I'm actually optimistic should this case ever get to them). This phony testimony is presented in such a careless and haphazard manner. Also factor in the frequent delays and... :gaah: :gaah:

I must be perverse. This last DT move doesn't ruffle my feathers. It's just one more indication that they have squat, and that they are just about done spinning their nothing.

Not even JSS is going to allow those affs in unredacted. And nothing in those affs heard so far is going to help JA's mitigation case; if anything, the affs are going to undermine it.
