It's been reported he's only in there to help/confer with Juan on the days Flores is unavailable. Flores has been there quite a bit lately so who knows which one is there today.

I can't believe he's gonna try and deny this!!!

This is the main reason DeMarte was so believable, she conceded on obvious points even though they might favor the defense. You would think the DT would have learned this lesson already.

Let me see if I have this straight. Geff's story is that Jodi walked in and
- Travis was either on the bed or kneeling on the floor.
- Travis was either looking at hardcopy kiddie pics or on a computer.
- Or there were two separate instances of some combo of the above.

But's yes indeed it's true - just waiting on JA's latest "clarification letter" a la MM. I hope the jury is capturing this.
