Someone should tell WAT I (and probably others) will Follow him again if he has someone else do the afternoon tweeting, or he requires KS to act like a reporter covering a trial rather than a teenybopper at a twitter party.

Turn out #JodiArias def atty Jennifer Wilmott was also a speaker at Dr. Geffner's 9/2014 event -- All atty's now at judge's bench.

Grrrr, what was the ruling on this??? This is really freaking huge.

I'm starting to feel there will be hella lot of truth to JAs "ineffective counsel" appeal.

Hi ILTBP. Yep that is a fact but trial by tweet is prone to confusion and inaccurate reporting (i.e., it appears MK is reporting one of the secret psych's as ALV), so for me this just gives some solid proof that it is not ALV--which also means to me that JA told several Psych's, not just ALV, a different story before changing it to match the NZ nutter.

I think it has been proven time and time again that none of these "experts" have been giving "independent" opinions and that they are all known to each other on at least a professional level and they are all there on the same agenda.

Problem is, this is a new jury. Will they get it? They don't even know about ALV do they?

This is a good question and I wonder if JA was complaining about Travis to MM and beginning to share her dirty laundry with MM. I suspect it was JA who drug MM onto her side and her twisted view of things. This could explain why MM began to get hatred of Travis and ultimately Juan.
I think MM was suckered in by JA.

How would this be? TA's dealings with MM were years before he met JA and in another state. And JA would have been already arrested and in jail for quite some time before MM stuck his nose into this. No...someone from her supporter site has been the go between to get his info to JA and for her to go all out in a quest to use it IMO.

I think sometimes JA manages to pass info directly to them but most of the time I think her minions do her talking for her. Not sure who specifically she has to work for her like this.

Well obviously SHE isn't tweeting. I had previously thought that she was directing what to say on that twitter account. I have no idea who is tweeting for the twit but it's someone that is in the court IMO, because they are tweeting real time happenings. This is the first time I have seen this, although it may have happened in the past. Someone commented "Cha Cha get off twitter and do some real work" so some suspect it may be her tweeting. It definitely is one of her minions, but who?

JMO but I think JA writes those Tweets down and gives it to her "mitigation specialist" ...

Then, the "mit spec" either posts them, or she passes the notes to JA's momma who is in court everyday ...

Maybe, momma posts them, or hands them off to someone else to post under JA's "name" ...

I think I was the one that posted the info about the conference the first time. The topic they were all discussing had to do with testifying about DV in court (I don't remember whether it was DV specifically or "abuse" more generally). I found the info on someone's CV.

And this judge ALWAYS calls for a break right in the middle of questioning when the person on the stand is befuddled...why oh why does she do this??? Let it go on!

This is so so true. Like the passing of time is going to settle the issue or something. It is so frustrating that she does this. Let it get resolved and then take a break. Instead, we come back from break and have to take 10 minutes or more just to figure out where the battle lines are.

I think it is Cha Cha. It actually falls under her job description in a weird way. Mitigation Specialists are in charge of PR. And we know she loves Social Media.
