If <modsnip> actually viewed child *advertiser censored* then he is guilty of that crime.
Wonder about the statute of limitations.
Perhaps that's what <modsnip> doing in New Zealand where he can't be prosecuted for his role in viewing/possessing child *advertiser censored* while in the U.S.
