This juror has his #. They probably asked the PTSD question too. There hasn't been one question that I am worried about. Furthermore, Geff hasn't provided one good answer. He's off script.

He's gabbering in circles I find it hard to believe that the jurors don't realize he's talking out of both sides of his mouth. I've said it before, that's what make DeMarte so credible, she never once insisted on something when it was obviously not true.

The juror that was dismissed (Juror 3 I believe) was right- this jury is smart and they get it!

While we wait on the sidebar - a thought just occurred about the YouPorn thing, I bet he was looking for the sex tape, he'd have known if she managed to shoot a video of them the few times they were 'together' but she must have played a piece of the tape over the phone to convince him she had it, that would make her 'the worst thing that ever happened to him' and get him to search and see if she actually uploaded it, she may have even sent him the link and then later signed into his email and deleted that mail to cover her tracks. But she probably knew he'd gone in YouPorn to see if she had put it there and maybe why she/DT have been so insistent that he'd 'viewed *advertiser censored*'. Okay, back to trial.

This reminds me of something I first heard about a couple of years ago -- "revenge *advertiser censored*." Getting back at an ex by posting "consenting adults behind closed doors" videos on public *advertiser censored* sites. Since victims participate willingly in making these videos and since they themselves cannot claim sole ownership, laws about getting them taken down are murky. Plus, once something is anywhere online, it's likely always going to be there somewhere. Victims might not learn about the videos until after they've been up for awhile. The people posting the videos might send links to the victim's parents, friends, school, job, church, current boyfriend/girlfriend... It's truly horrid.

And there it is. There is absolutely no corroboration for any of this. Even the test "results" prove she's a liar, and a manipulator.

I don't either. He also got in that Matt had seen bruises. Hoping there's a DV survivor on the jury who can walk the others through how an abusive relationship typically evolves and show Jodi for the abuser she is.
