Did the defense jump the gun and complain? Only to find out it was a juror from the last trial? I can see this happening, especially if the defense is talking to Wild about Trials...as was seen today about the color of JW dress....rumors causing trouble....or JA minions putting out rumors. I alsmot wish they judge had put a "Ban'' on all talking about the trial....but then we woild know nothing!
