The Defense tells their "experts" not to make any notes that might be subject to discovery.

That is often done in many cases. You can't turn over what isn't there.

With their experience with PPL, I am surprised that they did not know more about how defense attnys operate.

PPL just sold policies for those who may need attorneys for some reason or the other. I don't think the Hughes would know about how defense attorneys actually work though.

Agree, her writing is not so great. She doesn't want to be bothered with proper English and sentence structure. Probably beneath her Einsteiny-self.

I would agree she is good at reading and understanding what someone else writes. Provided it's not something outside her understanding, such as remorse or personal responsibility.

JM asks her about the DAPS and how TSI is different from the PDS. TSI much more broad and doesn't touch on the specific trauma. About 100 questions and tells whether she is experiencing any negative emotional responses.

I saw that horrific news a few minutes ago.

I would rather be beheaded since it quick and over with than being burned alive. What a horrible way to die for this young man.

They are getting more and more tortuous and depraved.

Apparently, the prosecution didn't think calling the Hughes to the stand would be in their favor and neither did the defense. The defense has the power to call them to the stand too and chose not to. Not a huge fan of theirs, but they were lied to by the defense. People make mistakes. I will not buy their book, heard enough already. I think we can all agree the Hughes want justice for their friend.

Yeah, I'm going to have to change my prediction for the end of the trial from Feb 11th...that has become really clear!
