Wouldn't it make more sense to take a few minutes every evening after the jury is dismissed to discuss the following day's witnesses and testimony and make preparations for motions, interviews etc.?

In most courtrooms that's how it's done. The end of the day is reserved for housekeeping matters. But JSS is horrendous at time management of her Courtroom. As I've said before there is no way this case ends until at least March which is completely ridiculous. I am happy to see that JSS did lot delay DM testimony for the defense interview. She needs to keep up with finding ways to move this trial along. It's literally absurd at this point.

Result: JA did not seem to inflate or diminish answers on this test according to validity scales so DeM used this in part of her analysis.

DeM explaining how she puts her conclusion together.

her conclusion: Borderline and adjustment disorder related to anxiety and depressed mood.

she is explaining it to the jury.

someone who is having trouble adjusting to new environment.
going to jail ? Yes
moving from one school to another? Yes could cause it.

DeM calls it a psychological disorder but mental illness term can be used interchangeably.
