I especially don't take it at 'Tweet' value when all along both Prosecution and Defense have implicitly stipulated the authenticity of authorship/ownership of the tens of thousands of instant messages and emails exchanged between the killer and her victim.

Juan has probably had his suspicions all along but is less limited here to present evidence and suggest things.

What other reason would he have to bring it up and then say Jodi could have changed the name at the top? Anything else doesn't make sense.

Hi Truth,
I love ya but please don't compare anything Jodi Arias does or says to any part of the KJV Bible. She knows nothing about the Lord Jesus Christ, of THAT I am sure! I know Him and Believe Him and His Word and I will stand for It to the day I die. This killer knows only what she wants and uses people and things for her gain. Soon she will go away and we won't discuss her anymore. And she will not be allowed to pretend any part of her is religious.

I mean she had a cell phone and then she got a Helio right? Didn't LE get another phone from her in the beginning before she gave the Helio to the defense? That means at some point she had two cell phones in her possession, right?

About the texts, computer names and possible 120 character limitation on phone texts back in '08 - it seems to me that JM was proposing that JA may have typed up that whole text as if from TA on a computer and sent it to her phone, and if the phone could only take 120 characters per text, it broke it up into several texts with the minute or two (and one was 8 minutes) gaps while processing it into separate texts, resulting in one or more of the texts ending or beginning with unfinished words. It makes perfect sense, esp. when you read the content and words chosen.

Yes. I did it all the time when I wanted PICS from a cellphone I took at a concert, and wanted the pics on my computer. From my cellphone, I would send the text message to my email address, and then I would log into my computer and find the message in my INBOX so I could get the attached picture to save to my computer.

I am sure it works in reverse.

Oh it does I've texted myself from my computer and my name showed on the text haven't did it for years tho used to txt photos from my computer to my phone all the time. Well what a smart cookie Juan is and what a wonderful day in trial land. I think Jodi's sentence is less important to Juan than clearing Travis name and he has certainly done that today.

What reason would JM have to call Dworkin to testify that pornographic images and video clips were 'viewable' and playable on TA's hard drive, contrary to what his own witness testified to earlier this week?

JSKS doesn't want anyone not present to know what's going on.

She has accomplished her objective.

Yes. Now I wonder if she had three. Her old one. The Gus one [which I thought was the one she used to record Travis] and a new one that was replaced by insurance money after she told them she lost one.

Me too. I thought what JM was saying was crystal clear. Was a little alarmed when Ziggy said she "guessed" that's what JM meant. If she wasn't entirely sure, I'm less sure the jury understood. For now. JM isn't done.

Jodi said in original trial that they could not get photos to load. That was a virus. But not sure how this fits in....

I could swear there was talk about the possibility, way back before Halloween, LAST year, but I don't remember if a decision was ever made or not.

Maybe it was a dream.

I thought the testimony about the helio phone was the user of the phone could have multiple accounts on the phone - there were 2 on the helio (TA & JA). That user could text from any name they had in the account and it would show up with that name at the top. IIRC this testimony came right after the part where DeAnna Reid's name showed up on the computer forensics. I understood this to be that the difference between initial registry on a computer belongs to one name but on the Helio phone you could have a list of names to chose from and Jodi wrote this under TA's name from the Helio.

Why would TA have access to the helio and why would he need an account on it?
Did TA phone (or his carrier) ever confirm these texts came from his phone?
Were these texts only found on the helio? No confirmation from any other sources?
They should show up on both phones if one sent it and one received it . . . unless it was all on the same phone.

Who knows . . . I may be way off in the twitterweeds - just tumbling along.
