The jury is soooooooo over this.

Lawd, this DT has slammed every one of the state witnesses. Not one has been missed with the DT blame game. Its the same game all the time. Blame, blame, blame, them and them and them and more blame against everyone else but the guilty client.

How they can carry on this with a straight face I have no clue. How can they bash and trash DM when they themselves have attached JA to DMs diagnosis of BPD?????????????????? They truly must think the jury is stupid and that is a very risky thing for once the jury gets the feeling that the defense is insulting their intelligence it will not fair well for them or JA.

The jurors eyes have to be rolling back in their head by now.

Good Post! It's not 'impeaching' the state witnesses, as it should be, BUT, correctly as you described it-slamming them, as in personal insults!!! And name calling in front of the jury! This is what trials have become in the US.:sick:

When they come up with these outlandish statements they always remind me of cult members and how they will make negatives into positives for their cult leader. They seem to live in some kind of world that really doesn't exist.

Didn't Juan bring out that she has given different dates depending on the doctor she was talking to at the time?

Not really different dates (oh yes it was, at least two). LOL ! Poor thing, she must have a hard time recalling the choking incidents since every man she was ever around more than one day either choked her unconscious or spun her around for nefarious purposes. ddsmiley:

I thought his argument was that he, and he alone, could interpret and relay the info to the jury. No questions and no answers allowed to be seen or discussed.
