When RG gave JA the second test he forgot the second answer sheet so they just wrote the answer down in the margin. How lame. He just keeps sticking his foot further down this throat.
JD was correct he did not administer the test properly.

Yep Charterhouse. I never doubted Dr. DM's testimony that this unusual man failed to properly administer the test and that he used the test for something other than it's intended purpose.

For someone who knows more than I do - Does PTSD have some "triggering trauma" or is it the cumulation of some series of events? I would have thought the former, though perhaps it could be either. If the alleged choking incident caused PTSD, then she would have avoided him after that. If it didn't give her PTSD then (assuming it happened which it didn't), then it didn't give her PTSD period right?

My dh was recently diagnosed with PTSD~he is a Vietnam vet. I'm still learning.

And then he hand scores the results, which the company that publishes the tests have said should not be done, because of his modifications. So, then when someone who knows how the tests should be scored, what the answers should read, they see his "modifications" as errors. And when called on his errors, he says, no. You don't understand. You don't have my experience so you can't understand.

I wonder which came first. Being called on his errors or making the modifications.

FWIW. I believe that MdlR's contract with AZ courts finishes on February 28th. Given her penchant for leaking to the press, and other unprofessional behaviour, IMO, it's possible that her position as Mitigation Specialist might not be renewed. If that were to happen, would the DT have another reason to delay while they brought a replacement Mitigation Specialist up to speed?

There would be no legal reason to being a mitigation specialist up to speed when there are no mitigators. Hopefully, they will not renew her contract.
