BK.....G: doesn't remember we said the Hughes shouldn't be interviewed, just that there were others they were more interested in interviewing.

Pfff. Yet they spent days on the e-mails the Hughes sent to Travis. Talking about the Hughes, really wish they would have waited after sentencing to talk about this book they're writing. :sigh:

It was a staffing issue.

It wasn't useful.

I can't remember if we considered it.

They had secondary gain... they are writing a book.

For Pete sake- which one is it Dr Geffner?

According to him, he can use of 2 of these questions for his answer

then add to it - I don't remember reading Sky's interview. Then, yes I watched her 48 hr interview. WTH?

Me too. Not because of Geffy's absurd slam of secondary gain, but because it would be the honorable thing to do, to not give even the appearance of wanting to exploit trial publicity, for any reason.

Is that even legal? Isnt there a rule that the test must be given a certain way.

Who gives Geff the power to change the testing around and do it his own way?

That seems like an ethical violation to me.

If all doctors did this would it not cause confusion. I thought all tests were to be clear if another doctor looked at them?

It allows replication. No replication possible in this case, so it can't be repeated to prove or disprove the results. It's basic scientific method of investigation. If the test is not replicable, the results could be invalid. IMO.

JM is acting like a clown. He must've minored in theater in law school.

JM likes to accuse Defense experts of being hired guns. But it's quite obvious who the real hired gun is.

I would say she is trying to project to twitter that she is NOT nervous so she must be nervous.

Obviously the mitigation specialist has lots of time on her paws

If anyone noted the look on Juror #1's face, I didn't see it posted on twitter feed or here or BK posting. Anybody?? How did the juror react?

then add to it - I don't remember reading Sky's interview. Then, yes I watched her 48 hr interview. WTH?

Does anyone remember if this jury has seen Sky's clips from the 48 hour interview? How in the world, IMHO, could anyone (Geffner) watch that interview and not remember all of those creepy incidents, such as standing outside the door, etc...? This is so insulting to the jury!

There would be no legal reason to being a mitigation specialist up to speed when there are no mitigators. Hopefully, they will not renew her contract.
Someone answered this & what I remember is that even tho the contract is up & not renewed, if they are in an active case, they will remain on it until verdict. No replacing.
