I think you must have missed the post she made about his "affair" with HE. I pretty much think she described him exactly as you would expect in that post. I think it's been deleted but you should be able to find it in the parking lot, now.

True, but she describes Heather in a much harsher and angrier way, which IMO, minimizes her anger towards her own husband. The wife calls the husband stupid, but is full of wrath towards Heather. In my opinion, she wasn't mad that he had an affair, she was upset that it was with Heather.

It may turn out to be good if they each get different attorneys. Maybe one can be convinced to testify against the other in exchange for a lesser charge. Not that I want anyone to get off.

Excellent thought. Once they talk with professionals. Perhaps the professional can put some sense into one of them and explain how its in their best interest to tell all that is known and save their butt from death penalty.

On the public index site, for the obstruction charges, under 'actions', 'archived document' is listed as filing...this isn't there for the other charges, anyone know what it could be?

Also, Sid hasn't posted bond yet. You'd think it would be quick since the bondsman was just there !

Not sure what the archived document means... hmmm...

Oh, and the charge I'm looking at is one of the indecent exposure charges. Ends with a 25.

ETA: I was wrong about him posting bond. Having a "derp" moment!

The conviction of Christie Wilson's killer from my area always sticks in my mind. Her body was never found but Mario Garcia was convicted of her murder.

Wilson, 27, disappeared from the Thunder Valley Casino near Lincoln in Placer County in the early morning hours of Oct. 5, 2005. Casino cameras showed Garcia and Wilson gambling together on the night of Oct. 4, and detectives linked Garcia to the murder through hair follicles with Wilson’s DNA found in and on his car, as well as tiny blood spots matching Wilson’s DNA on one of the seats.

He was convicted with evidence such as security video, hair and tiny blood spots with Christie's DNA that was found in his car.

Maybe LE found such evidence yesterday during their search. We already know that they have some surveillance video that helped in getting the search warrant, maybe they have found enough to press more charges on SM at a later date.

I went there one time about two weeks ago and the overkill lovey dicey stuff wasn't that obvious then. But the format didn't look like any Facebook page I'd ever seen and within minutes of closing the page my PC crashed and died.

Is she to stay in jail til other charges are stated by judge?
then have to post another bond?
I'm confused, big time.

I downloaded those pix on my computer weeks ago. I saw Mickey right away. I think it's a tile pattern on the bottom of the fire pit. Look closer. To the right of Mickey is... non-other than... Minnie.

I wonder, could the charges be due to SM & TM having been caught on surveillance having "relations"...and perhaps the obstruction charges stem from them trying to dissuade someone (?) from turning over the surveillance?

Also, how long can they be held on pending charges and who would be privy to what the pending charges are? LE and who else? Attorneys? Judge? TM & SM?
