I come home from work to this news and I am compelled to post.. My heart breaks for the Elvis family. IMO they should spare one of their lives for the full confession and map to Heather's body so she can come home. Looking at those 2 makes me sick to my stomach.

As I ponder this case I think about a much more common scenario, one that most people understand and maybe even sympathize with... husband finds another man in wife's bed with wife. Husband grabs his shotgun. Goes after the other guy. Shoots. (This would be considered 2nd degree murder, not premeditated). Most guys would nod their head and think, "yup yup, I'da do the same dang thing..."

But turn it around, change the genders, add in a jealous wife, combine a complicit husband, add in a premeditation scenario (revenge) and hiding the body and you got yourself one heck of an indefensible crime.

Yes - that "little Problem" (hate to type that-after all it deserves more respect that that) may turn out to be a Giant problem in the future for TM & SM. A Triple problem.

Unfortunately unless they find a body, or unless Heather had ever gone to the dr., there may not be a way to prove if she was or wasn't pregnant.

I'm guessing because the first time we ever heard from TM was an angry rant where she first said that SM cheated on her with HE and then called HE a bunch of awful names. She then said that she could care less because she's had a boyfriend for 2 years. She finished by slamming HE and TE. They didn't have an open marriage. Tammy was trying to imply that they had no reason to harm HE because TM had a bf and SM was done seeing HE in October. You can't be in an open marriage and then claim you were cheated on. Her attempt to prove that she didn't care failed because that rant is still dripping with hate for HE to this day. NG is just repeating TM's bs.

True, the "open relationship" came from TM's rant.

IMO, that was just her way of masking her anger and deflecting blame.

She was trying her best to circumvent the situation which in turn, only made matters worse.

It was so obvious reading between the lines it's pathetic.

Same goes for SM's fabricated shooting incidents IMOO. Makes you wonder if that wasn't TM's brilliant plan as well?

I've thought all along that this whole thing screamed of HE telling SM she was pregnant. SM tells TM and they decide to do something about it. They use the date as a cover hoping the guy she went out with will be the target of LE. MOO.

Has anyone seen any probable cause statements for the warrants?

I read this morning when I got up that TM and SM were charged with the murder of HE. I've been busy all day but this thought never left me. I know that we collectively pretty much figured they had killed Heather, but to see the reality of it in the charges has really hit me today. I suppose I was hoping against hope that they had her somewhere and she could be rescued.

They allegedly killed that young, beautiful, naïve girl because she had an affair with the husband. I could understand the wife thinking about taking out her competition, but it's another to follow through with it.

What I don't get is why did SM go with this? HE slept with him, he slept with her, where does he get that this was punishable by death for HE, to the point he participated in the murder, yet he was allowed to live and to roam free??? Really? Seriously??? It boggles the mind.

RIP Heather. You had so much more to do in your life. I'm sorry you didn't get to do it.

As a married woman with a hot temper, I could see me beating the snot out of my husband if he cheated. I could see myself doing the same to the other woman. And I can see where she could be killed in a fit of rage.

What I can't see myself doing is planning to kill a 20 year old or of any age. I would be completely, I mean COMPLETELY freaked out if I took someone's life. I will try to avoid hitting a tiny frog in the road. As much as I dislike people in general, I just couldn't do it.

My point is that I think most anyone could find themselves in a bad situation and letting the anger take over. But, the big difference, in my opinion, in Tammy's case... she obviously had no remorse. She seems to have gloated in her actions. She succeeded, in her mind, at removing the other woman. And I think she got her jolly from it all.

How can someone take a life and not have or show some remorse? And then to take it further and torment the Elvis family as she did.

As far as for Sidney... My opinion is he's spent lots of time viewing *advertiser censored*... Maybe together with Tammy. *advertiser censored* has a way of desensitizing men toward women. It's possible he saw Heather as no more than an object. Or, like Dr Laura likes to say, "some place warm for him to put his (Richard)".

The Elvis family remain in my thoughts and prayers as do the children of the Moorers. If only people could stop and realize just how far the pain travels from actions like these two committed.

YOU ARE CORRECT......I went to the link about 2 brothers.........I had just read the post and thanked and bolded........so wrong!
I did not mean to confuse anyone-I was using the link to show that in SC a kidnapping charge does not mean that you had to be taken anywhere. I'm sorry -I did not mean to cause a casino.

Ugh, I hate even typing this, but I'd be checking inside all those big potted plants TM and SM have in their back yard.

No evidence Heather was pregnant...for those just coming on...it is just speculation as a possible motive. JMO

TM stated on her FB page awhile back that she and SM had an open marriage- not many believe that. I along with many others think she publicly stated that as to downplay her humiliation from his affair with a young, beautiful woman.

Yes but remember ... in 2009 she went back to her rock-in-roll roots and hurt Sidney. She begged him to leave her, but he stuck it out with her, blah, blah, blah. GAG!

I sure hope the unfounded rumor of Heather maybe being pregnant will be stopped poste haste before it gains traction and starts to be posted over and over. Posting theories and speculation might be entertainment for some, but for her family this is their worst nightmare. Why bring more hurt to her family by adding rumor to the mix? If there's any truth to this, LE will find out.

It's not rumour, it's speculation. Which is what we do here. I offered my opinion, said it was my opinion.

Does anybody know the largest size boat (approximately) that could fit in the waterway that PTL abuts? Could a boat as large as a commercial fishing boat fit there?

I don't know what size boat, but while I was on the water with searchers in various size boats, we encountered spots where we had to physically push the boat with oars to get it to move off of sand. Granted, those areas were in smaller canals, but not all the open water was deep.

I remember one boat owner I was with reading off depths of 5ft...and 17ft within several yards of each other.

I am new to this case, so I may be way off base in my queston. I thought I had read that LE had these people TM and SM under surveilance since HE had gone missing. If this is so, does anyone have any ideas why they made their move now with the warrants and the arrest? tia
