11:10pm: LAW ENFORCEMENT (L.E.) responds to a suspicious vehicle call at 6699 Peachtree Rd. (Peach Tree Landing - PTL) Discovers vehicle which turns out to be H.E.'s. After receiving information on registration officer visits T.E. and learns H.E. is primary driver of the vehicle. T.E. calls H.E.'s DATE to find out more information for the officer. H.E. officially reported missing.

Friday December 20, 2013 -

ALL DAY: The case first hits MSM.

7:00am: L.E. supposed to pick up surveillance video from unknown business as indicated by receipt found in H.E. car (this is per. public Police Report.)

I've never thought she drove her car there. I think it was driven there by someone else.

She could be in another county. She could also be right under the noses of people looking for her. I don't know. But I don't think she drove to that location.

Right.....just like a "shell game"......which diverts attention to another focus/person and that takes the attention off of another focus/person?

......except most of us have played that carnival "shell game" one too many times to get fooled by it.

Hypothetically speaking, planting a vehicle at a lover's lane spot just after the target has a fun date with a new guy is an especially tricky version of a "shell game"; except it's not a game at all. Of course, for a narcissistic perp who thinks everything and everyone is there for their disposal....then everyday life and the value of lives = a game.

Monica Caison & her K9 Heidi, arrived at the search command center(victim's trailer), one hour prior to the meeting time. Volunteers with horse trailers, K9 teams, atvs, and other specialized search equipment, many from other states, came filing in promptly at 8AM.

On arrival, MC had surveyed the area around the command center which was a large field surrounded by thick forest and underbrush. MC, noticed a large pile of brush a few hundred yards into the field, and her instincts kicked in.. The victim was located by MC & her K9; Heidi, in the large brush pile..

Although the many volunteers had traveled great distances to endure a long and tedious search. Not a one complained...

The first thing to cross my mind was that maybe they don't need searchers because they are more certain of where they will find her. But, that may just be hopeful thinking.

Would like to know everyone's thoughts.

It makes me feel frustrated. Did they only search one day last weekend? And now none this weekend, and TE is asking for no non cue searches. It's giving me anxiety just thinking about lost time, I can't imagine what it must do to the family.

I'm just saying that as a matter of courtesy, some reason should have been disclosed. Especially given that CUE intend to resume next weekend. What is so pressing that the search was cancelled for this weekend, but will go ahead NEXT weekend? It looks bad, is all.

Yes! BB posted that at FHEFB! I mentioned it here.
PP is saying now that Search was not approved by LE.
but I remember the post requesting searchers-posted by BB-definitely said small groups led by LE.

I see her pink glitter phone cover between her legs and what I perceive to be a sweater/shawl under her right elbow with a ball cap type of hat on the dashboard

Re: the pic - not sure what people are trying to figure out exactly but IN MY OPINION it's a baseball cap on the dash and her phone on her lap, it's - IN MY OPINION - a pink jeweled phone cover, you can still see the circle in the middle where the camera is. So I'm gonna guess her date took the pic with his camera and then sent it to her so she could send it to her dad.

EDIT - nevermind, youre talking about the baby aspirin colored fabric, I see it now. It looks like a seat rest that wraps around and comes forward, or a blanket/sweater/shawl.. hm.

Thanks for the great timeline!
I think LE responded to the landing re: car before 11:10pm on 12/19.
In an article and in the story Terry wrote published today TE mentions that it was just getting dark on 12/19 when LE came to his door to notify him of abandoned car at PTL.

This doesn't really make any difference IMO to the ultimate sequence of events, I just thought I'd mention it.

In the one article TE says on 12/19 he went to PTL to see where car was, tried to call HE for an hour and by 7pm he was frantic.
