To me, them having been in an accident or having met someone and things went sideways are the MOST likely scenarios.

If they were just running to the store or out to dinner they'd leave the dof out. Not sure about locking the house. I always do, my neighbors never do (they told me, I didn't test it).

I have 8 pairs of glasses. I keep them all over, including a spare in my purse. They are all decorative so it depends on what I'm wearing or where I'm going on which pair i wear. I have a favorite pair as well.

Contacts are the same. I keep 1 spare set and a case with solution in it, but I rarely use it. I use the same set of contacts for 2-3 weeks because I'm cheap, plus I only wear them during the day.

If I were going out to dance or party, I might wear my glasses if I knew things would be getting rowdy or physical. I once had a situation that made my contact go into the back of my eye so now I don't like to wear them for biking or anything that makes me sweat.

Just sayin'.
 
I briefly looked at Kala' ex's page. But, I still think if an ex is involved, it's Charlie's ex, based on the fact that she seems to be the one who was posting with his FB account, and some of the weird, bitter comments she made from her own account on his page.

Could Kala's ex be involved? He could be. But, Charlie's ex is acting far more suspicious, imo. Maybe they are involved together? K's ex apparently still loves her, C's ex seems really bent out of shape to be seemingly taunting his family. It probably would be fairly unusual for 2 exes to team up to 'take back' the significant others they want -- or punish them for breaking up or whatever -- but I suppose anything is possible.

Maybe C's ex is not involved in the disappearance at all, and is just demented in taking advantage of the situation to cause drama. That's possible. It's just so odd to me. I'm really thinking that K's ex is not involved, but, it wouldn't be shocking if he was. I just have this gnawing feeling that C's ex knows what happened. I can't really explain it.
 
Can anyone confirm initials of KB's ex? I'm unsure if I'm on the right ex's page. Thanks.
 
Ugh this is so frustrating.

Just read on one of the posts that LE have not searched any water sources. I wonder if LE has searched, at all?

I literally get the impression LE are not at all interested in this case. I know I shouldn't judge without knowing what's going on behind closed doors but they haven't searched water sources, so far there has been no confirmed searches of anywhere and they dont even know if they applied for the warrant for his facebook. What is it about KB and DC / their disappearance that makes LE so detachted from it all?

Yep. Agreed.
I also noticed that the Sherrif's office shares many posters of wanted people and other info. Yet, K and D's posters are not shared on their FB. There has to be a reason. What is it??

At the local police station in Anderson, Lt Mike Aikens has been fielding reports of possible sightings and other tip-offs.
"Every day we get phone calls," he told the BBC. "This morning when I came to work I had three."
Despite that, he says they currently have no leads as to the couple's whereabouts.
Lt Aikens added that police were following a number of lines of inquiry, including tracking down phone records and requesting information from Facebook about how Mr Carver's account was being used.
"Hopefully we can find out several things, IP addresses and so on," he added.
 
Just to add, I did find that CD commented on some of CMs FB posts, so they did know each other.

I really hope CM has nothing to do with this. He seems to be a big animal lover and has saved a few animals, so surely he wouldnt leave the dog alone. On the other hand taking some of his more recent photos (about rednecks) and some others into account, it seems hes going through something atm. I find it odd there are no posts about KB being missing on his fb page though. I wonder if hes at all involved in helping to search for her.

'and so on.' He seems so blasé. Its as if he's just like yeah...we might find something, but we might not. And as if they are just waiting for news to come to them. Its all okay having calls/tips coming in but they might all just be bull and what they find without the help of the public is just as important.

He did, however, like the Find Kala and Charlie FB group.
 
If someone I knew was missing I would at least share it on SM. Atleast. Ex or not.

Yes. I am not thinking murder/suicide. Just not getting that feeling. And that's usually where my mind goes first.
I don't think accident or random crime, because LE would be searching everywhere. Including, water sources. Right now, the only thing I can think of is some kind of drug involvement. JMO
