Can anyone link a google earth link to his house ? I tried and GE is not taking me. I want to see his propert and where he kept the shipping container she was kpt in. TIA

Florida has the Jimmy Ryce Act, although its highly contested in legality, and keeps a lot of convicted sex predators off the streets after they have served their sentences. I'm not sure if it would have helped in this case, but something needs to be done.

His house is at a different location. The field shown in a bunch of the images is at the coordinates 34.776494, -82.068057. The only building on his property I can quickly point out with Google is at 34.776494, -82.068057, but I haven't yet studied it closely with the parcel map from the county overlay yet.
 
This is horrible! I am so relieved K is alive but my god, what is wrong with people. Please let there be a miracle with David also found alive.

I found his house. But that's not the property in question.

It sounds like he's referring to Charlie or K's cellphone. Ugh. It pains me to think they dragged their feet on this, with K alive.

I think the Spartanburg investigators might be looking into Tracy L. Wright, who is also missing with her car.
 
I can't believe they found her. I'm so glad! But poor, poor girl. What she must have endured. I hope she is surrounded by loved ones right now who can protect her from the media storm coming her way.

I don't think this sheriff was doing the investigation into them being missing. I may be wrong but I thought another agency was investigating. If so, I would imagine that he wouldn't know anything about what was investigated at this time. MOO

Oh I was so scared this was the case :(

I am hoping for Charlie to be OK. I hope K is mentally OK. Heart is breaking for all involved. I can't imagine what it would be like for Charlie's family right now. As if they could feel any more on edge than they already did.

It is frightening how he has been wandering around selling real estate. I was a Realtor at 18!!!! I am now K's age, with a little dog and this is just way to close to home. RSOs are the scum of this earth. I can never understand how they are freed.

Its very upsetting that they seemed to have been able to find them earlier with these pings....I mean? Shame on them if that's the case!

I also don't think this is the end of things. Who signed into that computer and why???? Guaranteed there's another, maybe familiar party involved....
 
So, he owns how many acres of property at another location from his home? Anyone know how many miles away from his home that other parcel of property is located? Any buildings on that property?

I guess we might have to only look at the recent ones for the Woodruff, SC area unless he held them somewhere else and moved them to that property in 2014. Any listing of his previous property locations would be a big help! Here is what I have compiled for possible victims within about 2 hours drive of Woodruff, SC (I have not looked outside SC yet):

The property is listed as 95.57 acres S SIDE WOFFORD ROAD N OF SC 101 PB -Qualified Agricultural Farm Vacant.

Kohlhepp’s home address is listed as 213 Windsong Way in Moore, SC.

95.57. There is at least one building on the property that looks like it was more than a shipping container, built since he bought the property.

He has 3 vehicles 2 cars and a motorcycle...the one on the right looks like the BMW and the one on the left the gray Acura IMO.
