9/18/18 Moved from General Session to Central Jury Court. Next prelim hearing on 10/12.
*Miranda Nicole Owens () arrested & charged (8/13/18) with accessory after the fact to a felony a, b, c, or murder. Records show she was booked 7/30/18 & released on a $2500 bond on 8/4/18, then rearrested on 8/13/18.
9/18/18 Moved from General Session to Central Jury Court. Next prelim hearing on 10/12.

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – A circuit court judge denied bond Tuesday morning for three of the suspects accused of killing two men over the summer and burning their bodies in a car found in the Socastee area.
According to information from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, bond was denied for Michael Faile, William Tatum and Zachary Stell.

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – One of the suspects accused of murdering two men last summer and then setting their bodies on fire in a vehicle was released from jail this past weekend.
According to records at J. Reuben Long Detention Center, David Cook was released on a $125,000 bond on Saturday.

Shannon Ray Little and Jeret Cox were arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to felony murder. They are still in jail under a $25,000 bond.
