missed something here....why was his brother giving LE a tour of the house and explaining the guns??????? thank you.
SLED came to serve a search warrant, but Alec gave consent to search so they didn't execute it and John Marvin the handy brother volunteered to escort the agent around the house.

Did he just say he was talking to the Chief while he was driving in front of him...mean they were in different vehicles while talking?

How do you think the state will handle JMM?
He isn't a lawyer like the other 2 brothers (maybe why he's on the stand and not Randy) and I think they will walk him into some things much easier than Alex was. I think they will be nice/then not nice. lol I think they do need to be a bit firm with him. He can't be this naïve about his family, his brother, and the royal cluster F his entire life was at this point. The loving marriage and perfect live and all the sweet stories, blah blah.. no. Then him reminding everyone he wanted to do it all by the book.. he's so careful to call LE to make sure he can do this or that.. I don't believe it. We know he's used to cleaning up the family messes. He needs to be knocked off this innocent pedestal.

If the crime scene was released, it was fine for him to clean it up. There are companies that are usually called in to do this, though.
Still seems weird, since there are professional companies that do this kind of thing. (But...I "get" that JMM didn't want to have his nephew's remains -- in any form -- just "out there". JMM was doing what he could do to show respect to his nephew.)

Am I the only one seeing what looks like pockmarks or something on AM's face? This is from the first night's questioning.
EDITED to add, could those marks be where the buckshot hit him?

It almost looks like sheet marks but it’s too symmetrical.

Consent??? It was not magnanimous of the Murdaughs to let SLED into the Moselle house! SLED had a search warrant within a few hours after the murders to search the entire Moselle property. They did not need consent.
Not for Almeda though, big mistake not asking for permission if they could look around there.

I wonder, with this family that didn't clean up after themselves (dinner plates and food left out) but is always cleaning up after each other, did anybody get a call from Alec -- "hey, we were at the ballgame, had some brats and hotdogs for tailgating and I left them in a cooler at Almeda. You grab that for me? Don't open it - spoiled meat and all -- just pitch the whole thing for me, will ya? Bo."

I trust the caregivers.

At Almeda, Alec parked where he did for a reason.

Alec did bring stuff into the house, wrapped in blue vinyl.

This isn't the Waltons.

Clearly, the shooter would have been covered in blood and brain splatter and hit by pellets and maybe even bone - all at high velocity.

AM would know about back splatter.

I've been on MANY hunting trips in four countries and have never seen or even heard of a hunter using 7 shots for 2 kills. One shot, one kill - even on flying birds and running game. IMHO, these were not experienced shooters. It is obvious that the rifle shooter was aiming AT MM - not shooting wildly at her - and the kill zone is the chest, yet he/she hit her in the thigh? With an alleged scoped Blackout?

Not buying it.

I do not believe that there was enough time for AM to shoot them both, drive 3 football fields back to the house without leaving any evidence in whatever vehicle he used, bag up his bloody clothes and 2 long guns, shower himself well enough that he left no blood or brain matter anywhere in the house, including the shower, and was driving out of the drive by what 9"04? 06?

I do not believe he washed off at the kennel with the hose, there was no evidence of that at the scene.
First, this was not hunting animals, but Family. He'd be jittery, especially if he didn't expect to see Paul there. Second, I was raining by the time First Responders arrived, and muddy, so why could he have not used the outside hose mentioned to wash off, and/or been wearing the blue Raincoat/Tarp? The House was not searched/investigated before all Alex's friends and family visited, as well as Alex instructing Blanca to go tot he house and clean it to get ready for guests, like Maggie would want it. Blanca's testimony alone was very powerful. MOO
