I know okiegranny :blowkiss: It just makes me sad to not see any new information. I hate gag orders, I understand the necessity of them, but I still don't like them.

Yeah, it makes me sad too.

Seems like Heather is further away than ever with the hush on this case. She is not forgotten. Her poor folks are holding another vigil. Thanks, Ima, for the media link.

Have to keep reminding myself that there will be a trial and our waiting for info will be worth it to see justice done. In the meantime, I pray Heather will be found before then, and also that the Elvis family gets the peace they deserve.

Madeleine74, I think that it is very rare for a FL Judge to issue a gag order on lab results of unidentified remains. Florida; the sunshine state's lack of transparency, definitely raises a red flag or two concerning the identity of the remains located in March

Theme park employees caught in sex stings, child *advertiser censored* arrests

Clermont, Florida (CNN) -- Just days after getting arrested in a child sex sting, Robert Kingsolver is a long way from his beloved job at Walt Disney World.
Inside his rented house in a suburban Orlando neighborhood filled with children, he sits in a folding chair in a nearly empty room, wires dangling in the corner where his computer used to be connected.
Now, he can't be online or near children.

Kingsolver, 49, is one of at least 35 Disney employees arrested since 2006 and accused of sex crimes involving children, trying to meet a minor for sex, or for possession of child *advertiser censored*, according to a six-month CNN investigation that examined police and court records, and interviewed law enforcement officials and some of the men who have been arrested.
Five Universal Studios employees and two employees from SeaWorld have also been arrested.

Wow, Foxfire, that's so disturbing. They're EVERYWHERE.

Yes they are, EmmaRose, and sadly they are recidivist....

Which makes it so heartbreaking and frustrating when they get released. We know what they are going to do again ....

These dogs are so important to finding people and sometimes saving lives. Prayers for Blue's recovery.

Blue didn't make it.

"They did everything they could and after talking, it was determined that the severity of his injuries, that he was not going to have a quality of life if he would have pulled through," Dozier explained. Nearly 100 people came together at Tuesday's funeral, forming a sea of grief-stricken faces for a dog that will not be forgotten.

I just thought I would share that they are doing another search tomorrow. Meeting tomorrow morning at 9am at the corner of Mill Pond Rd and Hwy 544. They ask that you don't wear white or black colored shirts. They suggest you bring 2 bottles of water, wear comfortable shoes, and perhaps a small backpack to carry your personal belongings. Searchers will need to sign a release of liability form when they arrive.

This was the last post on a search for Heather - 3/29/14. The bond hearing on the murder charges was 3/17/14. I feel like LE shared information with the family which stopped the searches around the time of the murder bond hearing. That one search may have already been planned & scheduled so they went ahead with it.

And the remains in Deland were found March 20, so there might have been a stop in searches while they were trying to determine who the remains belonged to.

If I understand you correctly, you think the remains found in Deland were one of these children? That does not make sense to me. Can you clarify, please?

I was confusing 2 different cases. A woman in Deland (I think it was Deland) had murdered her little girl and dumped the body inside a suitcase in a neighboring county. Sorry.

The woman was from Sanford. Seminole County. The child was found. The remains in Deland back in March was not this little girl.

ETA: Fryer said she then placed Tariji in a suitcase and took her to Putnam County to bury her, police said. The child was found in a shallow grave in Putnam County.

Putnam County is no where near Seminole County.

There was a statement made by Volusia County SO, the remains found in Deland (Volusia County). They were confident the remains found were not Heather.

Sorry, if you thought I was bashing. Never meant to do that at all.
