Interesting point -- if someone was freaked out about threats to their family, I think they would have bent all heaven and hell to get their family away from where they could be found. Don't think they would have been out of town much without their family having been safely tucked away somewhere that they could be reasonably assured they would not be found.

A phone call minutes after leaving their presence, while being out of town here, and going to the gym there, would not have been a person "freaked out" about keeping their family in safety. Doesn't wash for me.

As I wrote many days ago, there were probably many places that a man who had a wife like Sheri could have sent her and the children to be safe (India, Africa, podunk somewhere in a romantic hideaway, with thousands of people who loved her all over the place) -- that just didn't happen. School as a reason to not pluck the kids away? They were in football? No...all this is meaningless if their lives are threatened, you get the threatened to safety and they were obviously not! Why...perhaps because the threat to their safety was from the person who could have put them in safety.

Or at least a good security system. Especially when it's your business.

I think there are people who are "nut nut" enough to go to that extreme but not likely in this case. JMO

What if CC's broke up with his g/f and she went off the deep end. Being scorned, maybe she told CC that she was going to kill his family and frame him? He couldn't very well go to SC and tell her that his g/f is threatening the family. Could that be why he repeatedly called the house when he didn't get an answer? Maybe he paniced and thought it was possible that the g/f went through with her threats. Hence the note on the wall. Just tossing ideas out there. My gut tells me that CC is the guilty person.

Just curious, is there any documentation that she really needed security?
Any threats?
I just do not get it she is not the Pope or anything.
I do understand security yet do not understand why she has a crew?
I went to website and googled her, my oh my........

This would only be a logical scenario if JMM were receiving the same threats.

Did Joyce's "other" bodyguards go to the scene of the crime that morning with her? I haven't heard any mention she had a security team around as she was consoling the neighbors. If she was also receiving death threats, why would she even show up an hour after they found the bodies? Wouldn't this put her at a terrible risk? Perhaps the killer was trying to draw her out in public to "finish the job". Some perps are known to be part of the crowd of onlookers after a crime. Wouldn't it be stupid for Joyce to be there?! :eek:

Rumor has it that Miss Motive (the mistress) is scheduled to testify in front of a Grand Jury review in this case. If she is in any way involved, she will be the nail in his proverbial coffin by telling the truth.

I would have to say that there is NO greater charge in a husband/father's heart -- one that is right -- than that of their wife and children. A man doesn't have to be paid for that, it is instinct.

That is pretty common for the comment section of the P-D. There is a lot of trolling going on over there. For an example, look at any story involving a local crime there's always some idiot trying to stir something up by posting racist comments.

Yeah, I don't know why she has security and bodyguards. I don't think our priest has any body guards unless the K of C are providing that service. :biggrin:
 
Just heard there was another weapon used..? Not sure if this is true, because it is second hand info form someone who knows someone...But a Knife was used on Sherri....anybody else hear this?

I heard that also, but, haven't mentioned it cause I haven't seen it posted/reported anywhere. This is supposedly why the surgical pants were of interest.

I haven't, but I am not going to be surprised to find a weapon involved. LE wasn't opening manholes and searching the lake behind the house to find a spray paint can, imo.

Nice spin .. that is not what I said, and I believe you know that.

CC might have been charged with the decision as to who had access to Meyer or not.

Gee ... shoot me down in the water again!

This is getting tiresome. Since I can't mention all the scenarios, just look at some churches lately where gunmen have entered churches during worship and shot not only church members but the pastor as well.

It has been reported that Meyer, in some articles in 2004, had received death threats.

Please give me the space to have my opinion as I do you without this ever-so-subtle but very obvious to me veiled sarcasm directed towards my difference of opinion.
