Should George and Cindy be Criminally Charged? #2

I think they should both be charged with Obstruction of Justice, making false statements to Law Enforcement, Perjury, Aiding and Abetting, Interfering with a Police Investigation and anything else that they can come up with to charge them.

They have done nothing but cover-up and conceal and deceive and twist and lie in all of this and they should not simply walk away scott free with their media deals, their foundation money, their tattoos and their diamond earrings.

Yeah, and tampering with and or destroying evidence. That is something else they have also done.

I think absolutely no one in this case should be able to profit off of this poor little girls death !! That would be the lawyers,Casey ,George ,Cindy or Lee. If any books are written or their are any movies done then all proceeds should be donated to the Sate of Florida. The poor tax payers of that state should not be expected to foot the bill !! I also think that Baez should have to turn over all monies he received originally in this case to the state of Florida if Casey was to be declared indigent..

The Anthony's haven't done anything ( that I know of) since Caylee's remains were found, December 11, 2008..what they did before that date, they should've have been arrested way back when but I'm sure it would've caused a huge problem with Inmate Anthony's case. Too much sympathy would've been afforded to her.

In the beginning, they knew what they were doing but CA claims it's not against the law to mislead...well, yeah, it is..lying to LE is a huge no-no especially when they are trying to find a child who had allegedly been abducted.

When CA washed out the pontiac's trunk, it wasn't deemed a crime scene at the point but she should've have known better. Her smell of death turned into rotting pizza in an effort to taint the jury pool.

Her false Caylee sightings right up until the day before Caylee's remains were found, again, to taint the jury pool. I believe Baez commissioned CA to do the best she could to change the way folk view Inmate Anthony.

This family had impeded an investigation with all her "mistruths", she is no different than her daughter. If it is found they knew in November that Caylee laid in that swamp, they should be arrested and the book thrown at them, they should know better being a former cop and nurse. She has a duty to her grandchild and it infuriates me, they refuse to be Caylee's voice. I also believe they traded one child for the other.

CA gives FBI the incorrect hair brush knowing all along they only wanted Caylee's brush but gives them one that both KC and Caylee used. She went to the tow yard to talk to the manager, tampering with witnessess.

She has implicated everyone but her own child, not in a court setting and I'm waiting for some law suits to follow for defamation and such.

This family lives in a delusional world of their own but I also feel, once CA saw how Caylee was making them money, they kept on for monies sake. IMO, CA is money hungry and feels, it's owed to her. Her sense of entitlement is swaggering and should have been stopped before it grew. I feel LE looked the other way for the sake of not causing an uproar. If and when they take the stand, if they perjur themselves, they should be taken out in handcuffs and shown once and forall, this is not tolerated. They too need a dose of reality, America's reality and not one they live by! :furious:

I agree with everything you have stated above and if they do take the stand and tell any mistruths under oath,they should be charged with perjury !!

Oh yea,if they perjurer themselves they should be locked up with a "Chocolate Key" and the good people from the state of Florida should be able to eat it !!:dance::dance::dance:
