Thanks for clearing those dates up for me, Elle. So why the "phone sex" thing? One can only speculate: that he may have been making an attempt to smooth things over, keep her happy, and moderate / control, the situation?
Imo, the phone sex thing sounded contrived, sounded like a set up, and didn't even sound like "phone sex". It was an attempt by her to get something on Travis. Nothing more. He was going along, damage control so to speak.
 
I asked a question last night and would like to ask again for those who missed it. Do you think its possible jodi was on her way to commit another murder when she was arrested? She had already recieved word that her name was popping up as a POI in the murder of Travis. Killing someone Travis knew would take the focus off of her. She rented another car and once again loaded it up with clothes, a gun and knives. I think she was going to kill someone Travis knew and head over to Ryans place and try to use him as a alibi once again. Chris and Sky Hughs might of been her next victims. They live in the same state as Ryan. Then she would have returned the rental car from yet another road trip.

Who knows? We can't take the word of the killer. Obviously, she violated his trust over and over again. His emails/text messages are very clear when put together. He felt used, scammed, worst thing that ever happened to him. So true! Peeps need to look at the big picture, and what the text messages actually said. There seems to be an agenda to find one single thing, even trying to change a letter in a text message and try to make up another story. Because, maybe, if that letter wasn't really the letter in the text message, it could mean something else, and that would mean that somehow, Travis was looking at a picture of a boy, and then somehow the killer is justified in stabbing someone 29 times and shooting them in the face after he was dead....give me a freaking break!!

Today is the day, Travis was found dead. Travis is the VICTIM. :cry:

I think she set this phonecall up telling Travis something like, "Talk about this, that, and your wildest dreams, blah, blah, blah..." but we were never allowed to hear the set-up for this phone-sex call in court.

No I wouldn't joke about something that I am so passionate about. This happened after 5 on Saturday and animal control was closed. I left a message and no one has called me back, but at 9am in the morning I will call and I will report it to the police or whoever they want me to. Those dogs need a voice and I'm their voice for now.

I don't know. Have you ever had days that you just felt out of sync, like something was just off? Well, that's me today. No big deal, it happens now and then, lol. I'm just glad you're better. That, and the Lee Greenwood video, that is always uplifting, I get chills listening to it. :hug:

After hearing Dr. Demarte's testimony, I do believe that CMA was somehow empowered by what she "thought" she just got away with. So, yes, I agree that she would or will kill others. JMO
 
Legalmania ASPCA needs to see the shape the animal is in and they will take the animals away and they will be placed in a good home. PM someone with the info and let them do it for you.

Their "relationship" was so tumultuous.

Once he sent her away to Yreka, she may have stolen the "engagement ring". This is what Travis may be referring to as scam as well.

I think Travis knew he could get what he needed sexually from Jodi (he even says in the sex tape that he masturbates more now since she's left).

I still think the phone sex recording and her coming to visit him to fulfill the sex photo fantasy was him agreeing to it. But only under the terms he understood. Sex and only sex. Jodi understood it as a eternal love. Once Jodi knew Travis was not going to marry her; since apparently she told her father she was going to marry Travis, yet none of her family members ever met him. ? She was surrounded by sharks from the PPL crowd (Gus S.) who thought the sex tape would be a good way to blackmail Travis once he settles down with someone. ie: Mimi. Gus loathed Travis and probably would not have a problem assisting Jodi (Helio phone) with trying to destroy Travis' PPL/LDS reputation. all moo.

It has to be me I have been living here for 5 yrs. and the dogs are stuck in a cage at least 98% of the time. They have never been walked, I don't see water in their cages. I guess they get feed? They have went through several dogs in the 5 yrs. Just 2 months ago they kept a poodle on a rope 24/7 and a dog got loose and killed it. The little poodle couldn't run because it was stuck on a rope. The dogs constantly bark. The neighbors just deal with it. If I lived near them believe me they would have lost their dogs a long time ago. Even if I had to take them myself.

What a great song and video! Thanks Tenacious! I was just sitting here analyzing myself, and what I'm coming up with is that I'm just tired, as in exhausted. I 'm an insomniac, and stay up too late and get up too early. I'm not one who can get by on whatever, I just really need my eight hours. :wave:
