The jury is going to wonder what happened

This was planned IMO

I think it was planned and that's why her whole family left. She told them something so they would know to go. I knew yesterday morning she would create some big drama...I had no idea it would be this interview. She will go down kicking and screaming. She is the one who made this whole trial delayed for five years . More F U for the family. She won't be happy til she ruins everyone's life since hers is ruined.

beth mentioned katie wick specifically and said she got in the courtroom. don't know if she's come out. sounds like only JA's family came out---everyone else still IN.

this poor jury. this just makes me want to cry. and here i thought i'd feel better today.........it never ends with her.

Dr. Horn told someone waiting to get in that he wasn't testifying today because something happened in the courtroom. That was just on HLN.

AZLawyer: Is there any protocol or precedence for a person who is convicted but does not want to proceed with the aggravation/mitigation phase? Can the convicted person be forced to go through with these phases?

Surely there have been defendants in the past who were uncooperative during their trial or some portion of it. How is this handled, if you know?

Wanted to share this-

I volunteer at a large county jail. In the single cell area where inmates are placed on suicide watch. While on suicide watch, they can not go for visits, rec, attorney visits or court.

Only after an evaluation by a jail psychiatrist can they be taken off suicide watch.

FJA knew this would happen. moo

These poor jurors are going to have to get treatment for PTSD. Hopefully they don't use Dr. Samuals as their therapist.

I know Jodi, lawyers, media has "lied". But would police or EMT lie was my point. I guess they could. I don't know what protocol is.

I mean, if they lied and said it's nothing to do with this case...and then it is, that just seems wrong somehow.

I mean, it's gonna come out if it IS related!!! No way around that.

The medical examiner was ready to testify... they had no idea this was happening till the last minute.
Everyone was ready to go.
The paramedics were NOT related to Jodi's case.
(Though of course they could be lying. But Jodi was NOT in court, remember?)

Shes in holding dungeon in the basement...but I'm pretty sure EMT is there something unrelated..just a weirdncoinky-dink

JA may have thrown a hissy fit, or, since the "video interview" last night about suicidal tendencies here, has to undergo another quick psych eval. Nothing new for defendants just convicted of murder 1 and possible death penalty.

She will have to go through the sentencing phase on May 15 or whatever date you guys posted, unless she is found incompetent.
