I think the voice sounds like missy's:jail: , but the transcript page says it was recorded " Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 10:38 a.m. MST (Phoenix time)".

Wasn't she at the hearing yesterday and doesn't she have to wait to be bused back to jail ( she has to wait for all the prisoners to be finished with their court business)???

I'm confused- I mean, she doesn't have a cell phone, but maybe she is using someone 's cell phone at the courthouse?? :scared:

The only way this could have been recorded is if she was on the jail phone and the person on the other end recorded it on a cell phone. So she probably wasn't even talking to the person indicated.

Apparently this is known by her 'special' group and they've done it before...still wondering where she was calling from though. My guess is that she called someone who then set up a three-way and called Schilling. And heck yeah, LinTX, jail staff knows about it. Martinez probably knows about it.

Well who will handle the phone call escapade....the jail or the judge? I know it will depend on the time the call can be traced to....but...who knows what will happen since she gets her way a lot...IMO I just hope that something is done if this call is true.

Back in the day, 80's-90's, inmates used 3 way calling so the person they wanted to talk to didn't get the collect call charges.
They'd either use a stolen "calling card/credit card" ID and pin, or call someone who was NOT using their own phone (charges would be billed to someone totally oblivious of the call), who would then connect the 3rd party on the line.
Kind of makes it a bit more work for LE/the jail to track who the intended conversation was supposed to be with, but they've got it covered.
Collect call charges from jail or prison are muy expensive!
CMJA has specific times and durations that she can use the phone, but that doesn't stop anyone from handing her their cell phone when she's at the court house talking to anyone on her legal team and a guard isn't around.

Unless I have some of these people mixed up, he's one of three JA long time supporters, along with the woman that got the phone call, who set up a new donation site. They were insisting it was with her blessing, but others were calling them liars and saying he was ripping everyone off and casting doubt on the family's appeal & art funds. He runs one of those 'she's INNOCENt!' blogs and may also be one of the people who supposedly tweet using her name, IIRC. I've only recently checked into what all the gnashing of teeth has been about, but I believe this is the gist of it.

Now that you know, I'm sure this explains why this was more important to handle than wasting time on all that silly legal stuff? :waitasec:
