Hi everyone. I haven't posted i awhile, just had a new baby in July and moved to ohio bc of my husbands job two weeks ago. I am so homesick ugh! Anyway, i already forwarned the hubby that Nancy grace and JVM will be on everynight again until CMJA is sentenced. I missed everyone but I'm back to posting!

Just checking in to see if Bernina is on foal watch. Eagerly anticipating news and pics.

Grrrrr......waiting, foal watch began 2 days ago! Like.....grrr, grrr, grrr! I can watch and Kissy doesn't give a hoot, she'll have it when SHE wants to! Flanks haven't fallen in, area around her dock is all "jello", bag comes and goes with the day and night.....:banghead:

But, she is pushing her butt up against stuff, and messing her tail up! Tail wrap doesn't help because she goes out and plays in the mud from the monsoon.

Didn't think this maiden mare, first foal business was going to drive me nuts as much as it is. Been there, done that, but this is ridiculous! At least the vet has a "heads up" just in case.

Then I ran through the list of "lethals" that come up with Arabs and wondering WTH did I do THAT for? Brass (a son of *Bask) her sire, didn't pass on anything from his side, but don't know a heck of a lot from her dam's side, DH Pashannat Kiss, although she has a lot of *Bask in her genes (thumbs up).

One morning I'll just wake up and there it will be. This waking up at every noise and going out with a flashlight is wearing me out......Kissy snorts like a bear when something's up, and she's been snorting loud enough for my son to call me in the middle of the night, wondering if there's a mountain lion cruising the area!:scared:

Just wake me up when it's over!!!!:gaah:

RIP Miss LuLu. You were a big part of our family

:grouphug: If my dad runs into her, don't worry, they'll be rolling around on the clouds and playing tug of war with the angel's halos!

I still catch my wuff, Meisha, out of the corner of my eye, I think she's just checking up on me. She must have gotten one of those free passes to come back and scare the bejesus out of me every once in a while, cause she was just one of those kind of wuffs!

:congrats: on your new baby.

Dear TexMex, I'm so sorry to hear of Miss LuLu passing. I know it hurts so bad.
I believe they go to Heaven. After we lost our DeeDee I saw her in my bedroom.
She walked thru, I could see thru her. Please know we all care. :grouphug:

Molly, I am so glad to see you posting again. I was worried about you.
I'm in Ohio also! Are you in Southern or North? What is the baby? A
little boy or girl? So happy you are all safe and sound. :baby:

TexMex, so sorry about your precious furbaby. The hurt is so painful. I lost my beloved dog In February.

Molly, so good to see you. We have been worried about you. Congrats on the new baby.

Checking in for ILTBP daily historical review - love reading these - and to see if our local researcher Yes/No has any updates for us.

My husband and I have always loved Robert Palmer. Especially this song you mention, Simply Irresistible, and another oner, Addicted To Love. Very sad that this so talented artist died so young. Isn't it strange how these artists seem so immortal during their time here on earth. At least they seem that way to me. Then when they pass, it's like some kind of wake up call. If they are not immortal, then we surely are not. Well, perhaps I admire them a little too much, but they do leave their "ghosts" behind at least, in their music. A gift for us all that will go on until the end of time.

And thanks, BendPages for all of your "history".

I didn't know Robert Palmer died? He was popular when I was out and about. When did he pass away?? TIA.

Yes, CMJA does appear to be having a flurry of communications lately, undoubtedly she is taking advantage of the privileges she has been granted with becoming her own attorney. This too shall pass. Three weeks & counting! Next up, the jury questionnaire. I imagine JA will draw this out as well-scrutinizing every question. If I was a prospective juror, I would be so creeped out if she questioned me.
I still think Ms Arias believes this phase is an opportunity for a mini "retrial". I hope JSS nips that in the bud & quickly. I am beginning to sense that the judge is tiring of JA's stall tactics, & that this time the trial date is firm & should move on as scheduled. Any guesses on what desperate tactics JA will try if her "motions" fail to delay? I have a few - migraines, suicide threats (time out for psych evaluation), or Sheriff Joe's staff prohibiting her from giving her a bandaid for a papercut, lol.
I still think she will relinquish her pro se one week prior to the start of trial. Then she can request a delay for her advisors to get caught up, or time to implement the defense JW & KN wanted all along.
I am still curious if she will be made to wear jail attire or civilian clothes. She is a convicted felon & should wear her stripes, IMO. But we will see.
BBM - I think that is exactly what she has planned. I hope we are both wrong. :seeya:

I have to wonder if there is a direct link to the person who is taking care of Jodi's tweet site and if JM will call this person in as a witness. Every other tweet is asking for money. I think that would tick off a few jurors because it makes it very clear...Jodi has not changed, nor is there any hope she will ever change. jmo
