"@courtchatter: BREAKING: *advertiser censored* sites listed in #JodiArias defense motion are KNOWN trojan horse viruses FACT."
Who knows whats up already!!
Jodi Arias: The 'virus' that never stops attacking Travis Alexander
"... Within a matter of hours, it was verified that each one of those sites were known viruses called a "Trojan horse" virus...
Now knowing that they were a virus, it is highly probable that some type of routine virus check deleted the files. The State will have a computer expert clear this up and yet again it will be much ado about
nothing, ..."

Patti sounds drunk/stoned ? here or maybe that's just the way she speaks?:

Jodi Arias Claims That Cops Deleted Travis Alexander's *advertiser censored* Files, Ruining Her Credibility Her CREDIBILITY!!!! :silly::hilarious:
"..."This attack on Ms. Arias' credibility..." Nurmi writes in the motion -- but we must stop the sentence there.
Arias has no credibility...." Ain't that right

Did Travis buy his computer brand new or was it a rebuilt computer? Would that make a difference?
Didn't CMJA say that when she was there, he had a virus on his computer? She does speak in half truths, after all.
I personally feel this is a hail mary play by the defense because tomorrow court resumes and they have nothing to work with.
I do have a question though, does the def team HAVE to file every motion that CMJA wants? Do they have to carry out all her requests?
OT---I can't believe it is 5:37 and it is almost completely dark!!! I think it must be bedtime.
I just saw this in a comment on a social media site and well, it sure made sense. The person commenting also saw it on another site. If it has been posted before, forgive me, but it's worth seeing again.
EVERY site listed was a known redirect for a Trojan horse that was infecting and hijacking browsers to those sites during that 2008 time period. Every one of the sites is listed as a Trojan redirect page. Every damn one. And most of the domains have since been dropped and been re-registered, ie the sites do not appear as they did in 2008 nor are they owned by the same people.
The Trojan horse browser redirect explains why:
1) the virus message appeared on Travis' computer when police examined it
2) why Jodi claimed Travis said he had a virus on June 4th
3 ) the back to back days all the sites were "visited" - every site being a known Trojan redirect
4 ) Why it would suddenly appear to have been deleted. All that would take is his virus protection to finally notice it ( ie when this was hitting machines, virus protection had not yet been programmed to prevent it or disinfect a machine after infection )
There is stuff ALL over the web from that time period that talks about this hijack and redirect Trojan directing to those sites. All over the web on the big tech virus sites. But when he was infected, it was newer so none of the virus software would be updated to automatically detect and delete - he was helpless to fix it. However if the machine would be fired up at a later date, after any virus protection he had installed on the computer would have had a chance ot add it to their software and do an automatic delete. No matter how hard he tried to prevent the registry changes and deletion, firing it up would have caused it to repair itself even if it was in Steve Job's lap. ( and the tell all is the registry changes )
This is not evidence of *advertiser censored*. It is evidence of a malware attack.
They are going to need more than Melendez on this since he didn't even realize what he was looking at. They also need someone to be able to explain it to a judge who doesn't appear to be too tech savvy.
This Motion is based on a Trojan horse being in his computer when he died. That is it. Period.
BBM Did a little research on that because I also had the same question:
"...In the United States the defendant has the absolute right, however, to direct the course of the case Thus, for example, if the defendant is determined to be mentally competent to stand trial, the defense lawyer must yield to the defendants' decision to plead not guilty rather than insanity or diminished capacity. Where the defendant in a death penalty case directs the defense lawyer not to introduce evidence of mitigating circumstances, the defense lawyer has no right to override the defendant's decision.
A defense lawyer may not assist any unlawful or illegal conduct and cannot counsel illegal conduct. This means the defense lawyer may not further a continuing fraud or other additional future criminal activity. If, for example, the defense attorney becomes aware that the defendant intends to commit perjury, he cannot continue his representation of the defendant. Representation of a defendant concerning past events is not viewed as assisting the defendant in committing or perpetuating a fraud..."

Let's see just what DB said in his interview that day again:

This is old, but, maybe something like this happened?? A dormant Trojan??
From answer #11:
Pranksters or someone trying to frame you can tap viruses to make it appear that you surf illegal Web sites.
Sorry, this is probably just weird, but the defense crap is getting old.
