If you see your power washer in a pawn shop? the local police should be able to get the pawn ticket for you.
My ex pawned my bike once. I was in pawn shop few months later and saw it. MY BIKE! Police ran ticket and asked if I knew _____. That's how I found out. SMH

I was a regional manager in OK for a nationwide pawn shop chain. Have the police go up there to get it. They will keep it as evidence for awhile but then itll be released to you.

FYI to those above asking Beth Karas site that has court schedule... for today says "DARK DAY"... no court today

Thanks for all the replies about the thefts. I'll try to answer all of you! First what happened was the pressure washer turned up in the pawn shop because pawn shops are linked to police departments ( I didn't know that!) and it was returned to me after I identified it. Now since the pawn shop has lost money because it was returned to me, the pawn shop will go after him to get their money back. :)
The person was a roommate and a former cop. I do know where he works and where his brother lives so he will be easily found. He was arrested recently, after stealing from me, for a petty larceny/traffic violation. I do not know what he did as the detective could not tell me but he did say it was a very minor offense. Meanwhile he goes to court in Feb. for that and now has a public defender. Yes, I feel extremely violated. And totaling up reasonable estimates, my case would be grand larceny. Just from my garage he stole the pressure washer, mother's wheelchair, an 8' ladder, a new drill and an expensive set of professional poker chips. Nice guy, huh? I won't go into what he took from inside my house but will say he took very valuable things that belonged to my parents. And since nothing else has been pawned, I'm hoping he is sitting on them for now. I'm pretty upset of course. But just for now, he will be arrested for petty larceny and breach of trust.

Oh no, I am sorry daisymae. I should have read the posts BEFORE I posted that dumb song!

I have some questions about someone stealing stuff from my house and would appreciate some feedback. I am going to press charges for breach of trust and an arrest warrant for this person. (South Carolina) Does anyone know how long it takes for the arrest after all the paperwork is done? I'm meeting with the detective Tuesday and am curious what happens at that point. Do they go for the arrest immediately? Appreciate any knowledge you have! The former roomie took many things but the only thing that has shown up is my pressure washer at a pawn shop. Thanks ya'll!

You might want to call the prosecutor's office, the detective in charge of your case, or jail info. In Az, it was (and probably still is) arrest and be in front of a judge within 48 hours to have the charge(s) read, bail, public defender if needed, etc., etc.

I think there's more to it than that. She's not wearing lipstick either and she looks very pale IMO.

This time of year down in Phoenix, people go kind of pale, winter and all...........unless you hit the tanning salons.

I think she looks like she's REALLY trying hard NOT to go all "menopausal" with all these trial antics. She's probably waking up throughout the night with night sweats too. I'd be a hot mess, wearing that robe and all!:gaah:

There also was that 2 day break for an emergency that wasn't court related..........who knows.

That's also what I think is most likely, that JA put the *advertiser censored* on TA's computer in an effort to destroy his reputation with the Mormon church, before butchering him. This is just another way she can constantly drag his name through the mud via her defense team.

In 2007-2008, if you had a My Space account, you'd get flooded with "garbage".....pop ups, unsolicited email..virtual cesspool. With TA using his computer for business, that opens his computer up for even more ca ca. And there's always the possibility of your email addy getting hacked. Firewalls and security perimeters still weren't that great.

And we all KNOW CMJA had access to his computer. "Hands on" and possibly by remote access. She went into the library and checked the "history" after Matt had been there using the computer, and that was ages before she hooked up with TA.

The BIG QUESTION is why neither the prosecution or the defense found *advertiser censored* over the last 5 years on the computer.........seriously. And were any of the supposed "sites" even up back in 2007-2008? Has anyone verified THAT?

Respectfully, I disagree. I think TA did google *advertiser censored* and watched it for several reasons. By all accounts, IMO TA was still rather inexperienced sexually. Most guys his age had been having sex since they were in high school. He gets involved with CMJA who has been having sex since she was a teen and was far more experienced. This would tap into any guy's insecurities about being good in bed. What better way to "catch up on moves" than to watch *advertiser censored*. F

From the dates BN mentioned, the *advertiser censored* seemed to start when he had met and had become involved with CMJA. She was a sexual dynamo from the sounds of it and she used her sexuality to attract and manipulate men. We all know the type as we have witnessed it in action more than likely. IMO, the *advertiser censored* was perfectly normal. TA was by all accounts a great guy, but he was not a saint. JMO

And I respectfully disagree. I don't think Travis Googled *advertiser censored*. missy:jail: did it when she was on his computer (and it seemed she was on his computer a lot- she knew his password) and thus all the computer *advertiser censored*/viruses. Travis was not an inexperienced lover as he had sex with Deanna. Just because Travis had only one lover, doesn't mean he didn't know what he was doing in bed, IMO. I'm sure they explored , together, different ways to fulfill their love for each other- people normally do in long-term relationships. To me, it's just a natural progression in the education of partners likes/dislikes and what feels good to them. Sure, missy was more experienced, as she had a lot of partners, and she taught Travis more, but I don't see this as Travis having to be insecure about his experience or that he wasn't a good lover (especially if missy was saying that he was a great lover).

I do think that men have to have a certain "mindset" to look at *advertiser censored* and if they don't have that "mindset", they won't look at it. My father didn't look at *advertiser censored*, although he was from a different generation (but there was *advertiser censored* around in the form of magazines, "girly" pics, and X-rated movies in those slimy theaters) because he had his values. I think my father would have died of shame to even look at that degrading - to him- stuff. So, too, Travis, who did value his religion and all that it stands for and his own good values, wouldn't degrade himself, IMO.

These days , it's different, as it has become a disease in our society, and people see it as "normal" , but it's not normal, IMO, just because more people are plastering it on the internet- a wider venue than they have had in previous generations. What I saw on Twitter the other day just disgusted me- people defecating on another person is not "normal" to me and I think many people would say the same. Why there was even a child looking at a woman, at what seems, a party with a cake that had a man's private part, how can I put this delicately? well I can't.

Anyway, *advertiser censored* is a disease- it makes men think that what they are watching online, is what is normal, what should be in lovemaking, but what they are watching is scripted garbage, with men and women who are "edited" in every way, especially their looks. I would think that these men who look at *advertiser censored* would be even more insecure in their lovemaking when they look at the machismo, herculean "delights" such as these men/women show. Never mind what a woman must feel when they look at *advertiser censored*- maybe comparing herself to air-brushed, surgically-enhanced women whom pornographers portrayed as compliant sex partners with endless cravings for hot sex. (Let me just add a PFtt to that)

I know I'm an old woman and my mindset may be different from the younger generation, but I'm not a prude in any sense of the word. Sex is a wonderful thing and, to me, it's sacred and personal. The human body is a work of art, if I may say that- beautiful in every way, but when *advertiser censored* is a part of it, it becomes dirty and disgusting, IMO. I think that many people feel the same way that I do and IMO, Travis (and Deanna) felt the same way because they had values. You don't have to be a saint to have values, IMO. It's missy:jail: that brought the disease of *advertiser censored* to Travis' computer and that's what caused Travis to become very angry at missy:jail:, IMO.

All :moo: of course, as I do respect everyone opinions- just thought I'd give mine on this subject.

Going to be blunt: I believe Chris and Skye have "control issues", were part of the "problem", and should have kept their noses out of TA's personal life. Their main interest was keeping their "PPL cash cow", TA.

I DON'T like them. Have met MANY MLM Mormons in my lifetime, some were relatives, and as far as I'm concerned, they lack SCRUPLES. MLM is "Mormon" for "Pyramid Scheme". Just another way of preying on the less fortunate.

I wish Juan would call this man to witness for Travis. Juan needs these friends of Travis and I don't understand why he isn't calling any of them. For me they bring Travis to life and do more good than experts like dr. Demarte. As much as I like her, if I am a juror, I want to hear from those who knew him. This man is correct. This trial is not about Mormon ism or sell fantasies.

Martinez is sticking with the "mitigating factors". Nurmi is trying to re-try the entire case. There lies our level of frustration.

It's all about WHY CMJA is even worth the air she breaths and should be given a "pass" on the DP, NOT whether she had a justification for murdering Travis< THAT was already blown out of the water during the guilt phase.

I agree completely.

Totally agree with you - I don't like them either. Thanks for another great post!

I just spent 15 minutes...not joking ... with my 5 month old grandson in my arms soft singing 'shake shake, shake shake shake my bottle' ... (think shake your booty) he just laid there and stared at me until he finally fell asleep...no bottle, didnt move and not a sound and hardly a blink...i think it was the most precious time i have ever spent with him. I was almost in tears...it was sooo sweet! Then after he fell asleep and Iwas still singing he smiled twice...absolutely priceless.

Travis will never have this. I think of him often in times like this.
