Wow!! I sure do appreciate all the tweet postings on this thread. Observing the other thread (Day 19 Re-Trial), a whole lot (mega many) gets missed and then we all have our questions and thoughts. I was watching these live tweets prior to the 2 week break but I cannot find that link. Does anyone have that link? The other link I by accident came upon was other peeps tweeting and was not as interesting and did not have the inside court tweets (only a very slim few). TIA

1. FJA is very, very, very scared of going to prison...think it is Perryville? Correct me if I am wrong. The Defense will try anything to stall this move. I believe I read that mitigating specialist even comments on this in a tweet. FJA should have thought of prison before she brutally killed Travis Alexander, now she has to pay for the crime.

2. If there is a professional not willing to testify in open court, I don't blame them. That person may be afraid of Prosecutor Juan Martinez, but I think then being afraid of the prosecutor is the the main reason, the professional is afraid of the questions asked and the answers the professional will have to give because of the limited info they were given by the defense. The defense only gives their witnesses only what info they want them to have so that the true story does not come out in court. When JM starts asking questions he brings in the entire story and then the Professional sit on the stand with 'egg' on their face because they did not know the entire story. the professional has to change or back peddle their original testimony. That 'egg' makes them look unprofessional, lying, and plain stupid.

The professional is probably wondering what line of bull they have been told by the defense....hence they don't want to testify.

And if any word is wrong, the iPad keeps changing the spelling or the word! I am trying to figure out how to stop that! Sorry.

I now find this funny, only because these latest machinations on Nurmi's part are clearly acts of desperation. Many of us suspected the non-computer forensics expert to have farmed out the computer drives to others; this has proved true. Prosecutorial misconduct indeed...

I just read and re read JM motion.....something smells funny, real funny on the defense side.

This may have been asked before, but what if, there is evidence and it comes out in court, that the defense lawyers knew and were part of planting *advertiser censored* evidence or a deed such as that. Does this trial get thrown out and FJA gets life or does a new sentencing trial start over, with a new judge and defense lawyers. The first trial did not bring up this "*advertiser censored* computer info" so that trial would not be affected, just the sentencing trial.

2. Testifying for the defense in this case is career suicide. The Meister is only the latest witness who took that risk.
