BrownRice, Thank you for the compliment. It seems as though almost everyone that has looked at the gruesome, and, sad medical examiner images see that Arias slaughtered Travis Alexander. It is impossible to look at the almost 30 stab wounds, slit throat and gunshot wound above Travis Alexander's eyebrow - without knowing that Travis Alexander suffered tremendously. The fact that Arias left the person she slaughtered to death stuffed in his shower and walked away with unremarkable injuries resuming her life with ease - makes it easy to conclude that Travis Alexander was incapable of causing injury to another human being.

When he wrote this, Travis Alexander did not know that Arias would mutilate his body in a murderous rage. Still, I find Travis Alexander's above words eerily profound. Travis Alexander, in death, has become loved by millions - "heights only visited by the great men and women of this world."
I feel as though Arias wanted to erase Travis Alexander - make memories of him so gruesome - so horrid that people would shudder when they thought of him. I feel as though Arias' goal was to make people disgusted by Travis Alexander - and that she believed exposing his "sex before marriage" life Travis Alexander would be a person that everyone would want to forget.
Arias may feel as though she won - that she made sure that no one could have Travis Alexander. I wish that Travis Alexander was still alive - that he never met Arias - however, I want Arias to know that she did not win. Arias caused Travis Alexander to become a house hold name - millions have come to care about Travis Alexander - Travis Alexander's life was cut short. Still, Travis Alexander has "touched" the lives of many - Millions gather to discuss Travis Alexander, to pray for Travis Alexander - countless have vowed to honor Travis Alexander's life by doing at least one "good" deed / help at least one person.
Travis Alexander's murderer tried very hard to ruin Travis Alexander - by slaughtering both his body and his reputation. Travis Alexander's murderer failed - as so many people recognize Travis Alexander as a good person, and, are inspired by Travis Alexander to live more, give more, serve more, love more.
Travis Alexander's murderer will be remembered as pure evil.
