Cant wait to see the inspiration for that hideous $300 boob job...:floorlaugh:

There's a song for everything, usually more than one...

I like him!! Have free tickets to see him tomorrow night. I'm not sure if I'm going though. But hey, I have free tickets!!!

There's something for everyone on WS!

I'm enjoying some off-topic mixed in with topic. I'm worn out by the killer and her antics and need a break from looking at or hearing her.

I can barely look at the television screen when she is on it anymore. I have a physical reaction to her image and voice. Like "I wanna projectile vomit" kind of reaction. Either that or "I wanna throw my shoe through the TV."

Lol I know I'm back duh on me:floorlaugh:

Such great oldies on youtube!

I have to have two windows open to listen to music and blog.....LOL

Well, since we're talking music, these are a couple of my favorites by Tommy James and the Shondells:

The Dad, Ray Stern who actually has covered this trial (how's that for on topic?) walks in right in the middle of this disaster and says "if it's miserable, then it's memorable". True, that.

I almost had a nervous breakdown over that damn cake and tossed the entire thing on the floor...but it was just that kind of day, as evidenced by my earlier posts. :floorlaugh:

SAVED BY A CAKE!!!

A very dear friend made my daughters wedding cake last summer & hauled it 500 miles to the wedding. She put the flowers on & left the reception hall to attend the outdoor wedding. All she had to do when she got back from the wedding is place a large Peony on top. While we were at the wedding the AC went off in the hall so when she returned the top two layers were on the table. She had her 10 year old daughter with her & the daughter started yelling "Bring me flowers! Bring me all the flowers you can find!". By the time the wedding party arrived everything looked fine but her husband had run to the local bakery to buy sheet cakes for people to actually eat. I don't think anyone would have cared if their cake touched the table. We will never forget that cake or the love that made it possible.

Just catchin' up here and had to thank you again lol. When I was a kid I used to ski at this place that had night skiing and they'd blast music out on the slopes and this was one of the songs that made me feel like I really could do that double black mogul run in funk style

Here is my first female rock crush!!

Mine too!!! Well...okay...maybe she was my second. Nancy Wilson was my first!:blushing: Both, however, got me interested in playing the guitar at young age of 12! Been playing ever since and I'm in my 40's now.

Now I have a major girl-crush on this talented rocker. Orianthi rocks!

My Pomeranian looked just like a little fox in the face. Prettiest little dog ever. I had her for 15 years and still miss her.

We had a mama fox made a den under deck one year. The babies would watch our grandkids play and then later that evening we'd watch them climb in the little tykes cars and sit, climb the ladder to the slide, and mama fox would get up on the trampoline and watch over them.
In the evenings we'd sit on the deck and offer them hot dogs. They would come within a foot of us and take them and mama fox would talk to them and they'd back up a few feet and eat.
One afternoon we walked out to the garden and I saw something moving in a tree and it was one of the kits. It was lying on a tree branch about twenty feet up. It was so neat to watch them grow from little babies to toddlers and then off to have their own families.
We learned that they are smaller than some cats and cats come closer to killing them than them killing a cat. Our cat collector neighbor had a fit about them, and she was the one that drew them in. She'd put out mixing size bowls of cat food for "strays" and we'd would draw skunks, raccoons, possums, rats and the coyote that was eating the cats.
