I say "blog" (what she calls it), but it's just a FB page. Take note of the comments posted to the page on the left, where someone posts a screenshot of the author's comment about the incident. The author/"blogger" has since deleted that comment (why, if you did nothing wrong?).

I hate that someone would cause more of the court's time to be wasted over a silly, childish stunt. Grow the f up, seriously. This trial needs to end and justice needs to be served.

I say this in the kindest way possible, but if she is going to blog, she really should make sure she either uses a good spell checker, or she takes the time to proof read what she types. I can't be bothered to read something if I have to take twice as long to figure out what words the writer typed. It's just a big pet peeve of mine, especially now when bloggers are a dime a dozen. :facepalm:

This whole racial thing was yet another big waste of time and it's irritating.

OT: Yep, it's broke. Have a temp cast dealio on and have to see an orthopedics doc for "the boot", waiting for an appointment conformation.

Very clean break, hasn't shifted, and I am told to stay off of it, get crutches, blah, blah, blah. The only cool part is the x-ray tech didn't have any speed limit signs to adhere to so it was the Indy 500 blasting down the all to the x-ray room! And....getting a dvd of my bones.

So you peeps know me INTIMATELY! LOL! :floorlaugh:

Is that your little dweezil? I've broken mine several times. My dh shot a fly off of it with a rubber band when I had it propped up on a pillow once. I just tape it to it's neighbor and limp around for a few weeks. feel better girl. I picked up a virus somewhere. And the only place I've been is here so it may of been something I clicked on in a link. You'd think I'd know better. Also on Beth's site there is a pop up ad for Thaimatches.com so you can hook up and chat with Thai chicks. Whats up with that?

And, I've just been informed that there was a 2nd break on the bone next to the original one, checked the x-ray..........AURGH!!!! So NOW the Doc tells me WHY they're sending me to the Orthopedics!!!!

This is what is known as an "Adventure" in the life of me, LOL! Wonder what other surprises are around the corner?

I fell and banged up my foot two weeks ago~~~one huge big bruise still hurts. I feel for ya!!!

No, it's my foot, lol! The breaks are about 3 1/2 inches down from the tip of that piggy that went wee wee wee all the way home, or the 1st or 10th little Indian. Every freaking toe I have has been broke at least twice in my lifetime, and the trick is, don't take your shoe or boot off until you're done with what ever your doing.........then do the ol' buddy system tape job, a few times there was a threesome going on in my shoes.

I'm still getting viagra emails, but I have absolutely no pop ups, Norton and an app called "" really work well.

The same "group" who rallied support for a certain person's parents testifying for both the PT and DT in a case I will not name *coughfloridacough* say it's against the rules for Lonnie D to testify for the prosecution after testifying for the defense.

Where does this enchanted land of ignorance exist? Or is it really just an imaginary place on the interwebz?

Hey, I'mjazzed... unfortunately not in paperback just yet. You don't need a kindle though - you can download the free kindle reader app on your PC, ipad or whatever device really. I read from my PC. I love paper books too, so can understand why you are looking for it for your library.

Her site was invaluable during the Pistorius trial... send her a message she is pretty good at responding and may even have some means already available to send out printed copies, or can at least let you know if this will ever be an option. I prefer to sit and read physical copies too, my desktop is rather difficult to drag around and I really haven't got into all this technological apparatus yet, so far I've even managed to avoid having a cell phone.

Hey, Val. Thanks. I plan to be back with appeal coverage for Oscar when we get some more word on that. I hate that I'm so busy with my day job lately, there are a ton of trials that I want to be involved with right now but can barely find time to do my laundry We are very much hoping to come up with a paper solution on the book and I can let you guys know on that.

This penalty phase is really getting unbearable to watch. I'm a patient person but watching Nurmi & gang steamroll over that courtroom is getting very old!!

I was in Texas this AM- then Boston- then Texas again in the afternoon, and back to Boston tonight. :sheesh: :facepalm:

I've been posting tweets on the Amer Sniper thread and the Boston Bombing thread today.

I didn't know you didn't have coverage for the tweets or I would have dropped those trials for a while and post tweets here (always this trial first for me).

I still don't have phone service.

Next time this happens, someone please PM me and I'll see it wherever I'm posting tweets and I'll acomearunning to my favorite place in the whole world.

It is such a non issue if TA looked at *advertiser censored*. He isn't on trial! As for child *advertiser censored* (never believed this lie) he isn't on trial, CMJA is in trial for a far worse crime other than *advertiser censored*! !

Every time they mention chorn even their own experts didn't find any. I looked up ones mentioned by JW today and there's not a child or tween in sight.

I looked this up so youse don't have to...and now I have a bottle of wine to get over it.
