Idk the press may want to finally close their coverage of this trial with a small announcement. I did read somewhere (will look for link) that if JA gets death they transport her immediately (she will need someone to collect her things) to death row. If she gets lwop she will be transported within 48hr.

I just hope she backs out of the room I don't want to look at her backside not one more time. Lol

I can't remember a felon being followed after they're convicted by the media......in Arizona. I think Sheriff Joe kind of pre-empted that with his statement as to what will happen to her after the verdict.

Hi , I remember seeing Scott in orange getting into van , hitting rotten head on frame. I think of Conner every February. and dear Laci. They have San Quentin on MSNBC tonight , about 4 different subjects . One time they showed him (back) walking in hall. I cannot understand how people think they will get away with murder!

Easements are a big problem here. They are part of your "real land" but they provide ingress/egress for your neighbors on either side and allow for utilities, emergency vehicles and services, like trash, to go from point A to point B.
When someone throws up a barrier, it has to come down immediately, because if you call the Sheriff in, it's all about "Land Court". It's really ridiculous. Our little corner of paradise is basically "land locked". There's several places where I have to drive on private property and State Land Trust to get out of here because idiots have fenced in the easements.
Land Court can literally take YEARS, and you have to file down in Phoenix because it's handed over to the State to take care of. Most people don't have the Title Insurance that pays for an attorney and fees if there is a dispute, they just guarantee that you do have a legal ingress/egress, whether it's fenced or not. 7 years ago my BF had to go to court to get a barrier took down on his easement, it was done here in the county because the evil neighbor threw in an injunction against harassment, BF's title insurance was top of the line, with a VA guaranteed loan, and the sheriff already had issues with the neighbor.
So.......long story short, the sheriff told us 20 years ago that if a barrier goes up and we're within our legal rights, TEAR it DOWN before calling them.

I was thinking it wouldn't be a bad idea if he wore a bullet proof vest around outside the courthouse. Indeed too many crazies in this world.
 
Hi Everyone...just reposting here as I'm not quite sure at the moment where my posts are supposed to go. Cheers!

FYI I am writing fairly regularly during Arias jury deliberations about the aftermath of the death penalty in the State of AZ seeing I've lived through it for over two decades (two cases in Arizona for my sister's killers) and know the Arias trial inside and out having attended most every day of it during the guilt phase/first sentencing supporting the family of the victim. I can't post my blog here on WS but it alerts on twitter each time I make a post. I'm kind of using this time as a platform to educate people on what truly happens after a death sentence is handed down, at least in the State of Arizona as I've lived with it for a long time. I also have some causes re: the death penalty and Victims Rights as directly relate to this trial and am spouting them out far and wide right now to whomever is interested. I have strong opinions formed by personal experience and am in the process of writing a TRUE CRIME oriented book directly born out of my involvement in the Arias trial but focusing on our own case. I spent over a month in Washington recently diving in to it. If you are interested in knowing more please PM me. Otherwise I'm under this same name on twitter. Ciao!
