My Toll House cookies are chocked full of nuts. Goes really well with a good cup of coffee. Got any in mind?

Yeah, Charlie is a good example. One of the ones who really gave me the willies is Aileen Wuornos.

She truly scared me.

I feel a little sorry for her because I think she did have a really rough life and I think she had some real mental issues but still no excuse to turn into a murderer.

My theory only on what I think happened is she had 1 really bad "john" that was mean to her and maybe got physical with her at one point near the time where she committed the first murder.

I think then she got to where she just didnt want to do the service for the money she wanted and so she started killing the guys instead to get the money.

That lesbian friend she met contributed to her going off the deep end.
Once she started murdering guys, she was very scary. If a guy even looked at her wrong, she could snap.

Once she got in prison, I think she sincerely became sorry for what she had done and that is where I have a little sympathy for her. Its because I think she was honest with herself and she became sorry about it.

Jodi Arias is the opposite. Jodi is not sorry and I am convinced she would kill again if out roaming free. She may even kill in prison.

All JMO of course.

My family room is equestrian themed, kinda like the Ralph Lauren equestrian style. I have a 9 foot sliding glass door in there, which is nice for light, but a pain to find drapes and curtain rods for as it is so wide.

I saw this pic on the Houzz site that is a metal curtain rod with a snaffle horse bit in the center. It is custom made and I was so excited to find it. I ordered it in their antique brown finish and curtain rings. Who knew a curtain rod could be so exciting lol.

I once made my own curtain rod and end holders by purchasing a long dowel rod. We had a long span that needed a curtain and so I had to custom make one for my wife.

The dowell rod was made of wood and about a 2-3 inch diameter. It was about a 10 foot long. I then bought some a set of wooden pre-formed fancy ends that basically screwed into the wall and they just had an upside down C where the dowell rod would rest on top in the cup of the C. I let the ends of the dowell rod hang over about 10 inches on each side so I wouldnt have to worry about it falling off an end.

It worked out pretty well and I didnt even stain the wood or anything since the natural wood was pretty nice. They just could not hold really heavy curtains but they held up well for normal sets.

There was another time where we had trouble finding the proper length for a certain set of windows and dont ever cut the curtains like we did unless you know what you are doing...LOL We trimmed the bottoms off with a pair of scizzors and not only was it crooked, we lost the weights that fell out the bottom and the slightest breeze would send them flying. LOL

I never knew what those little things in the bottom of the curtains were for until they flew on the floor as we were cutting the curtains. LOL
They would have come out better if we would have somehow marked a straight line across where we cut. Trying to do it by just eye balling it did not work well. :)

Richard Ramirez too. His look reminds me ALOT of cmja. Its definitely the black eyes and the smirk. Arias is slightly cross eyed too I think. She has that one eye that turns in.

BBM~ I felt some sympathy for her as well...not much but some. I saw an interview with her before she was executed. I think she was out of her mind by that point. Pretty crazy and paranoid all along but, really over the edge and deep in it by the end.

Just love your pics, Bernina . :happydance: Zuri is just beautiful, and so fluffy I want to reach right through the screen and pet her. :)

Oh, also, do you still take the Estroven Max Strength ? I just wasn't sure when you posted "enough", if that meant it was the right dose, or you had had enough and stopped taking it or cut down the dose. TIA :seeya:

We are watching it, and are so far pleasantly surprised. :)

Also just started Bates Motel 3rd season which we really like, and will be trying a new series called "The Returned" which is also on A & E.
