My late kitteh Diva would have loved this...she was a lean, mean jumping machine. Her chubby sister Sally would have sat and watched, and then gone and had a snack...like her mama...lol.

Thanks for the nice B'day wishes, my friends. Having a glorious sunny day, tee-shirt weather. flowers and trees blooming. Did a little shopping and lunch out. I had the largest taco salad I have ever seen and brought 2/3 of it home! It has been a wonderful day.

Today is the Kentucky Derby, and it's a beautiful day here in the ville! I've lived here all my life and have never been to the Derby! I've been to Churchill Downs MANY times, but you'll NEVER catch me there on the first Saturday in May :no: I have no desire to fight the crowds, and you have to have mega bucks to even get a decent seat to actually SEE a horse. I always just watch it on TV where I can actually see the horses run.

Ricki, are you on a PC, phone, or tablet? Mine looks exactly the same using the WS-mobile skin on PC and tablet, I don't use a phone, so I don't know about that. Ate you trying the mobile skin or WS-mobile skin? Be sure it is the WS one.

I changed the settings through WS when we were getting the 1/2 page.

Just had a thought on the new royal babe. I believe Kate will have to keep getting pregnant until she produces another boy. The royal rule is: An heir and a spare.

As much as a lot of us would love for William and Kate to name their little girl Diana, I don't think Queen Elizabeth would allow it. I don't think she would be happy with another Princess Diana. And remember she is "allowed" to veto any name that SHE does NOT find appropriate to HER.

I got a strange looking page on my mini iPad and also on my PC today. Is there a small icon of three lines near the top right of your page? If so, click on that and you should get a page like the pic I will attach of my PC screen. At the middle near the bottom, click on FULL SITE and everything should be back to normal.

Yeah, I tried the mobile skin and it was worse! I'll live with the ads on the right, better than between the posts if we have to have them somewhere. At least the horrible one of the angry, ugly old woman wagging her finger at you is gone!!

How about some Hot Brown Bites

Hot Brown Bites

1. Brush slices of baguette with olive oil and toast until light brown.

2. Top baguette slices with turkey, Mornay sauce (we jazzed ours up with a squeeze of lemon and a couple of dashes of cayenne) and diced tomato.

3. Flash briefly under broiler until sauce bubbles.

4. Finish with toppings of chopped bacon, parsley and dusting of paprika.

Heck Lin, I don't have a clue why :dunno: It's just something I remember reading several times when baby George was born. It has to be a solid traditional name and a royal name that isn’t currently being used by any immediate family members. That's all I remember. I know they always give the baby 2 or 3 middle names, so hopefully Diana will be thrown in there somewhere. Just not the first name.

ETA ~
I have only read that the queen can veto the name, so that may or may not even be true.
