I was wondering the same thing, but this stuff in the book about the sexual abuse has not been made public, was not brought out in trial was it? Just what JB said in in his OS???

Yes, thank you it did help. NeJame thought (correctly) that Caylee was dead, C & G did not.
So, if he thought Caylee was dead, why would he then want to be KC's defense lawyer at her trial?

Baez begins in his book to say that KC was happy in jail, he had never seen a person so happy, KC told him that was because she felt "safe" there, just as she felt "safe" at Tony's place.
However, when George came to visit her in jail and she told him he was the greatest dad since sliced bread, hey I'm not going to roll over on you and tell everyone about sexual abuse or about carrying away Caylee's body, so please bond me out.......

Now how about that explanation, first off it makes no sense, she felt safe in jail, yet she wants to be bonded out.

Baez is rewriting history here, KC said: "surprise surprise" to her mother.

And if I remember correctly the media was asking George about a body in the trunk, not that Caylee might have died by accident.

ANJ - Can I ask you something about that. In another case, (Tammi Smith)I uploaded the sentencing to my youtube. I did 4 different parts with no trouble but the last one, I got a notice from youtube that it was copyrighted. I didn't know what to do so I just deleted it but it sure confused me.

Anything about the seizure theory in JB's story?

It's just another one of Baez' cheap, childish digs, this time towards Judge Perry & Judge Strickland.

In case you weren't aware, Judges have to become an Attorney first, before they are ever elected/appointed to Judgeship. Baez' inference is that HE, himself, is of course smarter and more trustworthy :what: than the presiding Judges in this case, yet wasn't nearly as trusted as were both the Judges - "just because they donned a black robe" and Baez didn't.

I have news for him, he DID don a black robe of the worst kind. A black robe of death via murder, cheating, lying, and in the interim, robbing an innocent, murdered baby of her right to Justice.

What show were you uploading? I have never had an issue. I usually pause after the shows 'music' and as soon as the last bit is said before the commercials.

This twitter stuff is fun! I am having fun with a Casey supporter right now. The person tried to sell me a bunch of lies... all based on Jose's book?? Geesh, I've linked the person to all kinds of documents but they keep going back to Jose's book, as if that was evidence?

ETA: They tried to sell me the George looked up suicide, etc... after he had left for work (only found in Jose's book). No records! No proof! LIES!
