I don't think that the FBI agent that publically spoke to LP's credibility should be discounted here. He would know better than anyone after working with LP over the years and I would certainly trust his opinion over anyone who has never met LP.

LP says things for a reason and while we may not know his reasons...he does. He knows they sound halfcocked and wild. He knows what he is doing and why he is saying it. If it is to draw the ire of some people, if it is to put pressure on others, or if it is to simply keep the case on the front burner until Caylee is found...Bravo!

I second that and WISH so much, just as others here have wished that every thread did not turn into a Cindy basher, that every thread could also abstain from becoming an I hate LP event. :banghead::banghead:

I believe early on LA claimed they were missing and that LE asked CA for the statements. I do not know if they had to sub-poena the rrecords or not.

Then was it Lee who said they were from the 27th, and if they were "missing" how did he know this?

I sure hope so! I would like to know the timeline of when she was using her mother's JCP card and what she was buying.

I remember a couple of weeks ago when LP was discussing the pings on NG that she went to JCPenneys on the day she dumped the car at Amscot or the day he thought she did - Friday the 27th?

I have also wondered what she bought - suitcase? duffel bag? dog carrier? ugh :furious: whatever it was, Cindy knows and if you look at her face in the interview when they talk about it, she knows it's worth hiding. Her voice gets real low too. She knows that KC had no reason to buy a suitcase or whatever. Although it's really telling, I don't think the crosses are the meat of the JC Penney bill and yes, I believe LE got the bill through subpoena - they would be crazy not to.

I believe I checked the pings for that day (Friday) and did see where she went to the mall. PS Hancock Fabrics purchase? Since she wore a flag to that party, what was she buying at the fabric store? Something to wrap the body in? This makes me feel so sick to talk about. Caylee looks so much like my God daughter - HAILEE

And this is slightly off topic - but has anyone heard CA complain about LP? I know she has been awful about TM & TES, but I don't remember her ever saying anything bad about LP. Why would that be?

She could not have been in that trunk for any more than four days - 2.6 days to 3.9 days. There's absolutely zero evidence that she was in an airtight container.

Of course it's easy to move any pendant from one chain to another, but either the chain has been switched, or Casey has a much bigger neck than her mother (unlikely) or those aren't the same necklace. The one Casey is wearing hangs just below her neck, the one Cindy is wearing is several inches lower on her chest.

An airtight container would not leave any evidence, now would it? She most certainly could have been in and out of that trunk any number of times on any number of days. She could have been placed on ICE after the decomp was at 2.6 to 4 days, and into an airtight cooler to keep her cold so she would stop decomposing so quickly...There are many possibilities-not only the one you have stated...

I always either buy my necklaces with a shorter chain or switch them to a shorter chain I have. I like them all to fit close to the neck. My mom always likes hers a little longer, hanging down on chest.

Does it state in any of the documents, what KC purchased from JC Penny on June 20th? I can't read many of the docs, I am on dial up and having major issues trying to bring them up. If Caylee died on the 16th, and was kept in that trunk for the 2.6 - 3.9 days as stated in forensics...the later would put her being taken out of the trunk on the 20th. Maybe she purchased the cross, if she indeed did buy a cross on the 20th, right before she put Caylee's body somewhere?...I wish I could go to FL for the search, I would bring a whole team of metal detector enthusiast.

Then it seems it originated with LE and Lee was stating it was not there, the receipt. And that is a good question Lee...Why WOULD that ONE get lost? What was the incriminating item that she bought? A dress to bury Caylee in perhaps? Or a suitcase or a cooler? That receipt is likely a vital one and will shed light on many aspects of this all...

I have a hard time believing that Casey would buy anything to leave with Caylee. If she did not feel it was important to let her favorite doll lay with her in her grave then I have serious doubts that she would even bother to buy something to place with her. If she bought a cross necklace on the 20th then I would think it was for herself and to protect her from the demons straight out of hell that were surely on her heels and in her dreams.

I'll believe there were crosses purchased when I see the proof, either a dated receipt or credit card statement. I don't know that a purchase of this sort could be provable as there are likely other stores that sell crosses. Are the crosses actually marked from the manufacturer in such a way that they can be traced? I suspect that whatever was purchased on the 27th that CA was trying so hard to hide from LE is something more incriminating than this. JMO though.
