Kinda wondering about this post Travis posted Jodi's MySpace... was this pre May25th/08. Anyone know?

"I wonder how much you raise the hotness level of Yreka all by yourself, factoring in its per capita hot stats before you came, I am sure it has raised exponentially."

Well, the comment says it was written four years ago. That would be 2009, and Travis wasn't alive. So I deduce that in the coming days, the comment will change to say 5 years ago. For now, we can believe the comment was left between 4/27/08 and the day of the murder.

So I guess we can go to the page every day to see when it changes to 5 years and we'll know the exact date.

BURNED............. we were burned by the jurors in the CA case, please pray history doesnt repeat itself with jodi.... Pray people, pray. She's guilty as he//.

It kinda make you wonder what potentially irresponsible actions jurors can take during deliberations.

A tipsy juror, high on pot? This is not good.

Will they be sequestered for deliberations? If so, I wouldn't worry about anything but them attacking each other if there's a long hold out.

:seeya: Good point!

I'll check back in the next couple of days to see if the years has changed.

Wouldn't it be nice if they could harvest her organs before putting her to death? Giving someone who is good and kind a much needed extension of life? Those organs could do a lot of good.

Earlier today, I replied to this deeply offensive and inhumane post with a simple statement: "I can't believe you said this." My post has since disappeared, but this one remains.

It is extremely difficult for me to understand the judgement involved in this decision. The very IDEA of a sentient person being harvested, before death and against his will, deserves an outraged response, and mine was, I think, rather tame. Therefore, my response should have remained, at least, as one of the voices of opposition and disapproval. A civilized society, one which does not allow cruel and unusual punishments, is not an abstraction--it is ongoing dialogue between real people. That includes discussion boards such as this.

More thinking has led me to venture a guess. May 10-15th? Some time after that sex tape?

I'm more concerned about a juror "being under the influence" during deliberation which can cause distortions and not able to process properly during deliberation.

IMO there was enough evidence to convict CA. I watched the entire trial. I even attended it on the third day. That jury just didn’t understand a circumstantial case doesn't come with a video tape of the murder.

However, I think they also may have confused having some doubt with "reasonable doubt."

My kids have made me promise if this trial has an outcome that upsets me as much as that one did that I quit trial watching entirely.
I'm with you. I'm still shocked and sickened by the CA verdict. I keep think this jury surely has to see through the "fog" and they will get it right. Guilty. 1st degree. So long JA.

I was assuming being sequestered would prohibit their ability to drink. I have no idea, though. You think it wouldn't?

O/T~ I followed the CA trial but not from the beginning.

One thing that always bugged me was who was the father of Caylee, because she sure looked alot like Mr. Anthony.

I have that kind also in California. (creepy) I don't like to push the panel because something might reach down for me.

My sister has a 2 story and in her closet in the master bedroom is a tiny door, so cute, it leads to the attic. My neighbors with the panel kind had a handyman build stairs you pull down. I love those. I still would not go up there.

I think you are right and they asked to dispel her Xmas decoration story!
Also not found in the attic: photos of little boys/*advertiser censored* of any kind.

I don't think they are being sequestered thus far. It will a M-F thing.

Although JSS may change that.

Let's just :please: that the verdict is quick and the DP. Then they can drink afterwards.

I would actually like the verdict to come on June 4th at about 540pm.

I wondered who the father was also. They ruled out Mr Anthony and Casey's brother by DNA testing.

DNA tests were done. IMO her dad was just a hook-up and likely never knew about little Caylee.

The false and defamatory things that have been said about this man take up an entire notebook. The blatant clear proof that none of it was true should anger any Jury. Just not finding *advertiser censored* on a computer/phone or the history, cache is so incredibly damaging to her. It's virtually impossible to clean that off your computer, you just can't.

We had to hear about her life from birth on and how put upon she has been.. And him? They summed up his life in one recorded call he was lured into making and a couple texts.

His life was more than those few things. I'm sending good vibes to the jury that they just use common sense as someone on TV said.. Just use your common sense about what happened here.
