I am the biggest loser in the history of the world. I'm still in my jammies FROM THIS MORNING, haven't combed my hair or washed my face. And it's only a few hours until bedtime. And my butt hurts from sitting ALL DAY. Good God.

She has to stick to that. Everyone knew. And, Juan needs to wrap it up. Tomorrow is going to be a hell of a lot more important then anything Dr G has to say.

Dr. G is done--I saw the judge say "yes, you are free to go". She was asking the defense if they needed him to stay--apparently not.

I also would like to say--JSS has gotten a lot of grief about this trial and her decisions, but I have to hand it to her, she has hung in there very patient. Allowing the DT all the room they need to hang themselves and have no recourse for any rulings to be overturned. She has NEVER showed aggravation with all the sidebars and she knew exactly what JW was doing. JW had no terms for her objections and just used the "May we approach" as a way to object.
Perhaps they should have allowed the term NOT FAIR from the DT. That could have cut this trial in half. JMO!
