My biggest objection to this gentleman's testimony is that it is entirely obfuscative. It seems to serve no useful purpose in supporting the defense theory (of self defense), and instead, is an elementary-school level mud-slinging effort to confuse the jury bout the State's experts' testimony. It is not going to sway anybody, in my view. It is simply the finest substitute for a strong tranquilizer I've ever seen.

This is totally ridiculous. I just want Jennifer to SHUT UP. There is something seriously wrong for an attorney to act this way. To go over every single little detail every chance she gets knowing full and well no one is leaving until the trial is finished. She has had her chances, we have heard all of this.

I am not even listening to her anymore, I am totally lost and I do not care. The Jury, those poor people. They can't walk away. Remember the FL trial in which the husband and wife were shot dead by the son; except his father lived. He walked all over the house with several gunshot wounds to the brain. I remember the crime scene; vividly. He did things he normally did; you could tell from the trail of blood in the sinks and rooms. He was all over that house. After being shot I forget how many times in the head, it was several I do know this.

Diagnosing personality before trauma...

Wonder if a history of aggression, violence, dropping out of high school, moving literally from one relationship to another in quick succession, never living independently, a history of short-term, low paid employment, and an overabundance of deception and manipulation could at all be consistent with the diagnosis of a Cluster B personality disorder?

(Rhetorical question obviously. Just as obvious...defense expert has no clue of Jodi's substantial history, pre-'trauma' (read murder), and how very relevant that is to any psych diagnosis.)
