We can all see he struggled to say anything nice about her. That really struck me, he had to come up with some generic words and paused too!
"she was supportive"................and.....................thinking thinking thinking........

But let's be fair - they both hated each other towards the end of their marriage. NC was definitely not showering BC with kind words ether.

K. "indicated" she wanted more milk. What does this mean? Did she just point at the bottle? Make motions with her hands like she was milking a cow? Moo? Sign language?

Does anyone think that Brad could Kill again if found Not Guilty??

When someone lies repeatedly, as Brad Cooper did, it's difficult to then know when they are telling the truth. As I listen to the deposition and think about witness testimony I am hearing lots of lies from Cooper.

You are DEFINITELY onto something. I totally agree that he is lying, but what would WE (pun intended) do if we were sitting there, knowing that A) we were the ONLY suspect B) about to lose our kids (possibly and he did) C) not equipped emotionally to deal with ANY of this and D) a terrible emotional crisis had happened and became a real life nightmare.

No, I don't. I don't think he killed the first time. (BTW, when this case started developing in 2008, I was NOT on the fence and I was NOT on his side)

You left out two tiny details. Cisco has no record of an automated call on their IT managed system worldwide at the time the call was allegedly placed and the call was too long.....32 seconds. Before you go into the seizure time, you are going to have to provide evidence that that call had a 10 second seizure time.

Everything points to: NC made that call.

Nah. The 22 second call at 6:07 was the dry run test by csim-start to verify that the FXO port was configured properly. The longer alibi call was done by a click to dial method. It was all done by a router/fxo port in the cooper home, so there would be no record of it anywhere at Cisco IT. The calls to the alpha network voice mail systems were just a smoke screen. The router and port were later removed from the home and hidden/destroyed, just like the shoes. This is 100% consistent with all evidence. MOO

That's the only place I am stumped on. I will be sharing, but kind of want to get permission from some of the other folks I am conspiring with. We have some ideas of what the motive have been, but they would be fairly pointed at individuals who aren't suspects and partly OT.

Mainly because pieces of my theory are theirs and I think we've sort of touched the pulse of some of the neighborhood there and rolled it into something that is COMPLETELY possible, as opposed to some of the madness that has gone on with the RSV ideas.

Perhaps you should give Kurtz a tip?
Doesn't look like he thought of that.

When I think of a sociopath, I think of Jason Young.
Charming, impulsive and irrational behavior is a biggie.
Also juvenile delinquency and being unreliable and irresponsible.

No doubt Brad had many sociopath characteristics, but not quite textbook.
Complex for sure.

My thing with him is: I don't find him to be even remotely a good liar. That's the biggest thing here. I think if you saw BC and talked to BC about something that was a lie, you secretly went, ahhhh, here we go again. I think that's probably how the whole group of people he's interacted with as an adult has thought of him and they fell into one of two groups 1) He's the controlling, *advertiser censored*, liar...get him away from me. 2) Aww, that Brad...here he goes exaggerating again.

He's not really charming unless you count awkward as charming. He's not really THAT controlling. He was dealing with his own spending and habits, his wife's own spending and habits and an unexplainable ability to let it continue to happen.

I think if we WERE dealing with a sociopath, none of us would be watching this trial today.

Ok, so where was the data transmission that correlates to initiating the click-to-dial?

There is something in this deposition that will nail Brad, IMHO.

when Brad takes the stand his testimony will be completely different from this depo and when his parent's take the stand we will hear why POOR Brad has this dull, non affect personality

Once a killer, who knows?

If the opportunity arose again, I could see it.

Look at Mike Peterson and Barbara Stager.

Getting her off milk. Riiiight. Big difference between getting her off milk vs, getting her off the bottle.

Brad sounds Exactly like my X during our assault trial!!! Slick, lying ...smooth like he would not hurt a fly
