It seems after hearing her testimony, she has very clear selected memory, she very clearly remembers his followup meeting was just a drop in (cold call) but all other lines of questioning dealing with time-frame she seemed to be unclear. Not sure why it would matter it just stuck out to me?

I thought it was testified that he was drunk? How many incidents were there? Not saying it's right but people do really dreadful things when drunk which they may or may not regret later!

omg! Just turned on the trial. The years certainly have not been kind to MM! I can get Waltzing Matilda's confusion as to whether it was a man or woman testifying!! Can't stomach turning on the sound though...

Actually, Michelle has spoken. Michelle's therapist said she told her there was no physical violence in the marriage. The jury can not disregard the words from the victim.

An incident five years previously when Young was drunk will be ignored by the jury after they hear from Josh Dalton that there were no visible injuries.

I like that the prosecution did not drag that out.... just got the point over that she stabbed her friend in the back and that her husband is a serial affairs specialist

MM stabbed MY in the back and JY beat MY over the head and about the face 30+ times.

Didn't she also testify that the reason they were fighting was because he was drunk? The big problem for the prosecution is that--while Young apparently made quite a fool of himself when drinking--there is no evidence he had anything to drink the night of Michelle's murder.
