There were child's footprints both on the carpet and in the bathroom.

Wasn't this Terry Tiller a witness for the defense in the first trial?

Yes, and it was curious as to why.

Because in the actual search warrant it says she stated 4-5 am, and that did not meet the Pros timeline.

However, when she testified last time, she said 3:30 am, so now the Pros can use her.

But, if they push the timeline to 4:00, it might be a problem .

Thank you Otto :)

But I still can't get audio on that page :banghead: :blushing:

:sigh:

Thanks to all who post.

It says left audio channel only ... maybe check your speaker settings? Restarting your computer might reset everything.

Hmmm, very interesting.

Does this mean CY could have walked to the bathroom on her own?

There was also the vehicle parked on the street in front of the house ... has that person ever come forward?

Yes, that is going to be Travis Branch.
He repeatedly said he saw nothing.

I think so. Where did the idea about no footprints on the carpet come from?

I doubt it, had she done that some of the blood would surely have soaked into the carpet. Those footprints all over the bathroom floor were *complete* footprints and bright red blood. Didn't look as if any of the blood from the bottoms of CY's little feet had been absorbed into a carpet prior to stepping on that bathroom floor IMO.

He did not see the light colored SUV? If so, someone has their dates wrong.

The officer testified that there were footprints on the carpet and in the bathroom.

From the crime scene photos. If there were little footprints on the rug, they were much lighter in nature. Lighter then the bright, complete footprints all over the bathroom floor.

To put in nicely, he is what we call a reluctant witness.
He clearly did not want to testify or be involved.
Very,very, nice man, though, imo

Oh, how sad, the messages on the answering machine. Her dad called. :(

Jay or Jason also had called.

The officer says they were there ... photos may not show them properly.
