State wants answers from Baez

I'm probably wrong but I see it a little different...I think JB and ICA's conversation went like this:

JB: This is bad. I don't think we can get you out of this?
ICA: What are my options?
JB: We can try to get a plea. Otherwise, we just need to brazen our way thru this and hope for the best. But if we can win, it'll be big with a big payoff (wink wink)...
ICA: The he!! with them all, let's go for it.

I did think JB was trying to get thrown off the case but I don't think that anymore because that doesn't explain CM's attitude IMO.

I have had wonderful dreams of Casey and Cindy being locked up in the same cell together. To place Casey in a cell with Cindy for an extended amount of time (23 hours a day) would probably be the most torturous punishment Casey could ever get. I'm all for cruel and unusual punishment for Casey Anthony. :woohoo:

Well that language is pretty clear, ain't it? It's obvious which way the judge is leaning..or should I say rocking.

Guess the Judge isn't buying the confusion part. Sounds like the Judge is giving them a heads up to come up with something better.

Also sounds like it's not just JB that will be in trouble.

When I read HOT Seat all I could think of was Colonel Parker (Elvis' old manager) and how he used to be a carny and had a dancing chicken act.:hen: The chickens were actually put on hot plates...... this was before the days of PETA. At a hearing next Wednesday, Perry wants Baez to explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt of court. Perry issued the order late this afternoon.



So, will HHJP hold Mr Baez in contempt? Or does Mr Baez have a good explaination for the delay?

If Mr baez is charged, what is the penalty?

YOur comment is why I just HAD to repost the Judges order. Doesn't sound like he is going to buy the 'confused' part.

JB and CM will have to explain how they can be confused, etc.. after he spent all that time in court helping them understand..and allowing any and all questions about the subject.

I personally can not wait for this show to begin. Sounds like it's going to be a good one. Dang, I work Tuesday.
