so... has he been hauled back yet?? or is he still on Joel's friend's boat?? interesting, to say the least!!

hopefully he's not "fleeing" to the Carribean or somewhere down there!!??

Niner...............that was just Jean Pireo's opinion. She's one of the regular attorneys/judges that are on Geraldo's program. But, she was adamant about it! I hope someone reports this to a local Will Co. judge. DP is off partying on a yacht owned by one of Joel Brodsky's friends. I think Joel should be held in contempt of court too.

If nothing else I hope that some type of sanction against Joey happens. IMO, a lie was presented to the court and Joey participated. Unfortunately I don't see much happening to DrewP for this.

I am interested in what they are doing there. Ok, a past vacation to take the kids to Disneyland turned out to be a chance to meet a publicist. Another vacation turned out to be a trip to set the kids up with a counselor, I suspect to help get them an out for court. Each time he claimed to be taking the kids on vacation it turned out to have another purpose- the kids/vacation was just a diversion.

So what is the purpose for this trip? With Joey going with him this time, I don't think it is to escape. Somehow I don't believe it is just to party, I do believe there is a reason. To set up future escape plans? To meet with a new attorney? Some kind of expert? Or is DrewP meeting with psychs to set up an insanity plea? Somehow that wouldn't surprise me. At Ash/Len's they are thinking either work on a book deal or meeting with the publicist again. Considering that he is supposed to be on a yacht, that could be a strong possibility.

Once again I'll say, "I cannot believe how dumb this guy is." This is priceless.....can't wait for the movie.

LOL, now you have gone and done it. You've got me thinking about the movie. It would have to start in the a bar. With DrewP bragging about the glories of being a police officer and trying to pick up women. Failing that, he hitches up his pants and goes home.

At home it would show him checking out his monitoring equipment then grilling Kathleen. The next day would show him doing a little run by at whereever she was supposed to be, maybe listening to a few phone calls before work....

Skip forward several years and you see DrewP in a bar, bragging about the glories of being a police officer and trying to pick up women. When that failed, hitching up his pants and going home to check his monitoring equipment. Then grilling his obviously younger wife Stacey.

I hate quoting myself, but I want Stacy's family to see this! Contact a lawyer, ASAP! Please try to get custody of Stacy's two little ones AND Kathleen's children as well! IMO, Drew is not using due dilligence with regard to the children's safety! Leave them with some guy who has pending charges of domestic violence!? THAT is just all wrong! Dangerous for those children!

OhMyGosh!!

Ok, you're kidding right? No WAY he left them with someone who's facing battery charges!?

OHMYGOSH!

Is there someone here who's in touch with the family? IF there is, or IF the family for Kathleen or Stacy read here, LISTEN UP!!

Have you paid any attention at all to the Nancy Cooper case out of North Carolina! Nancy allegedly went for a run and was murdered!? Her husband is a NOT supect, the house has been SW, the cars, the husband's place of employment, the husband for dna, scratches, etc...........the investigation continues with allegations of 'abuse' flying back and forth. Anyway........the parents of the victim were temporarily given custody of the two minor children as they felt the danger of them being harmed by the father was too great.

TALK TO AN ATTORNEY AND SEE IF YOU COULD GET TEMPORARY CUSTODY OF THOSE CHILDREN!

IMHO, you may have grounds! The person watching them is UNFIT! The FATHER is NOT watching out for the BEST INTEREST OF THOSE CHILDREN!

Ok, this is all I want to say.

Good luck and, Oh yeah
JMHO ;)

--->>>I have been randomly following this case during my absence here for the last three months, on TV and media.

Surely illegally getting the children released so they could VACATION with him, then doing this is at least disgusting.

Need to give him a shot of truth serum. Lie Detectors are not admissable in court, but perhaps with some effort Truth Serum could be adminstered to this piece of garbage, ala Tim Conway in the Dental office with Harvey Korman. Does Peterson still have the same dumbell lawyer?

Hey Camper,:seeya:

Yeah, he still has Brodsky. As a matter of fact, I think they're just two peas in a pod.

I think he and Joel are out on a riverboat owned by an acquaintance of Joel's so they can discuss the case. The wire tapping by Len has them running scared and they now trust no one. I think they are talking about what to do about whatever Drew may have been recorded saying on those tapes.

Yeah, but he could have done that in the state. He got permission to go out of state and rumor has it he is in Fla. Fla. is where he met with Selig earlier.

Honestly, there's so much to work with that if it weren't based on a "true" story, people would say it couldn't happen. But seriously, this guy is a graduate student's dream for a thesis analyzing his personality. It really would be a good movie if not for the tragedy of it all.

His arrogance and the "I can do anything I want" attitude tell me that he's gotten away with whatever he chose to do for many years. The rules don't apply to him. And then, I keep thinking of his comment that he has led an honorable life. He most likely has committed crimes and somehow has convinced himself that it was for the greater good. It's astonishing. I do hope there's justice for Kathleen and Stacy.

Movie highlights:
Watching the search wearing a leather coat and bandana, climbing the fence in the back yard to sneak out of the home. Interviews on TV telling about what a great guy he is and how much "repair" work he paid for. Late nights on the computer and excitement at meeting new "women" with a cut away to Ash/Len typing away and laughing uproariously. DrewP's face when he finds out that Len and Paula were wearing a wire.

Tearjerk moments: The fight with Kathleen and her arrest, the letters to the prosecutor and her talk with her family giving them her paperwork and telling them that her death could be made to look like an accident. Her funeral and the children. The bullet through the bedroom floor into the garage where Stacy is, Stacy's talk with Cass where she makes her promise to look for her, the fight with Stacy and the kids hearing the moments. The kids being told they had been abandoned by their Mother- for the two older children it is the 2 nd Mother they have lost. The youngest boy trying to go see his Aunt Cass. DrewP's mother testifying at the Grand Jury hearing that will be ruling on her son, Kathleen's children testifying at GJ, trying to decide which is more important- protecting the only parent they have left or justice for their mothers. And some won't agree with me on this, but how the two oldest are torn, between what they know is right and the father they were born to. Unable to influence him, but forced to live with his actions.

It's got to be killing them! DP talks so much and lies so much, he's probably trying to remember all the conversations he had with Len and Paula and what truths he might have told. If I remember correctly, Len and Paula have at least 1000 hours of conversations they turned over to LE, and we've only heard the very tip of the iceberg.

I erred when I said "movie." There's enough for a mini series. You've made many good points for scenes - really, a study in narcissism to the nth degree.

I'm not seeing anything from the court about DrewP's alleged trip to Fla.

Well..he has to come back sometime..has anything been written yet that he is back in town? Actually the children are better off being cared for by anyone else other then Drew. The families should step in while he is away and get Children Services to take those kids and appoint a caretaker in each family..not Drew's.

Well, look how quiet it is in Bollinbrook. Neither DrewP nor Joey is out there mouthing off. My guess is that Len's revealing that he and Paula was wired and that they were the "hot women after DrewP" has got them really worried. So worried that they didn't just pull back to regroup, they have actually shut up! I hope that the GJ makes their decision this week.

OT, FWIW,.........guess some people don't read the news. You can't get away with murder anymore when your spouse allegedly drowns in a bath tub. Wonder how many of these cases, from past years, are buried in ME's files under accidental drowning?

LEBANON, Ohio (AP) -- Authorities have charged an Ohio man with murder in the bathtub drowning of his 24-year-old wife

....................snip........................

......................................Ryan Widmer was being held in the county jail.

Well..it is Thursday..wonder who the GJ heard from today?

BTW..is Drew back from his vacation WITHOUT the kids, but instead with his friend Joel?

Hi DeltaDawn!

Is there some reason you suspect DrewP has returned home without the kiddos?

If this is the case, it is pretty strange, since they should be about to start school. Of course, if Dad suspects he is about to be arrested, maybe he has made arrangements for the children to be out of town when it happens.
